Not my local club, but the food and drinks are filling.

Some nights you can get a Cutters game on the field, every night there is a game on the big screen or back room.

Staff are friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming - even space for the kids (and ice-cream).

The food was great. Just had fish , chips and salad. The fish was cooked in a very light batter and the fish was welled cooked. The staff were very friendly and made you feel comfortable. All in all a very pleasant lunch. We will go there again. We became members.

I have had about 15 parties here and everytime I could not be happier. The staff are just so helpful. I forgot to get helium in a couple of balloons. Josh said no prob they have it there. What a relief they always help setting up the tables or do it themselves. I will never go anywhere else food and staff always go beyond their duty thanks again guys keep it up thank you to Kira aswell

I was quite suprised at how much I enjoyed this place. The atmosphere is very lively, but we sat towards the back and it was very secluded and quiet, which was a nice change. The staff here are always so sweet as well, and are very easy to talk to. The food is much better than any pub style food I've had before, and it's got a family friendly atmosphere in the restaurant section. The staff are also firm with unruly guests, which is comforting when it's a sports bar. I would absolutely come back here for a chill dinner again!

Great staff. Very busy venue but minimal waiting time for the food service that is of a good standard.

Awesome atmosphere, friendly staff and the food? The meals are huge and the taste would make Gordon Ramsay sing like a choirboy! Do yourself a massive favour and get in there.

Found staff pretty rude on recent visit. We have young children and they wanted to go in the playground at 3pm were told all tables were reserved for evening and we couldn't site there, Will know better not to visit at this time again .

Good to take the family for dinner. They have a playroom for kids a pool table for adults as well. Meals are affordable & good variety to suit everyone. Staff are friendly & great atmosphere within the club

My wife and I have been members of this club for many years. The food and drink are great and the food menu changes periodically. The staff are all very helpful and friendly and there is a great atmosphere, so what more could you ask for. Highly recommended.

The pizza is decent, the staff are very nice, particularly the older staff that have been there long term, incredible service.. for that I salute you. Meanwhile the security guard/s don't even know what any form of a choke is nor do they know what a jab is. Clearly unsuitable to be security, meanwhile boasting about 'beating up' a 6ft 8 drunk dude. On ya bro 😂

Was having a family dinner, Food was Amazing always is. Tho the bar refuses to serve drinks without mix.
So we were unable to drink top shelf or have our 43 drink. . Never had a mix in my 43 not going to start now, One of the younger Bar stuff start getting unnecessary angry.
All others stuff were great.
Never had a problem in the past. Always great service. prawn and garlic pizza is the best I have ever experience, steaks always cooked perfectly.

Food and venue decent, prices are okay. Staff are vaguely disinterested at best, we gave up waiting for the front counter staff to finish their conversations and just found our reserved table ourself. Happy with the quality of the food though, and the menu has a decent range.

Service was excellent food was even better, nice quiet family atmosphere will be back for dinner very soon🤙

This venue has a pleasant atmosphere, suitable for anyone wanting to enjoy a nice meal with friends or family. Food took a while as it was a busy night for them but the wait was well worth it as the food was delicious.

Had a great lunch here last week, steak sandwich was delicious!! Staff friendly and attentive, good prices and lovely clean club and dining area. Will be back!

terrible gluten free options, if you have celiac disease don't go here! The old menu catered quite well to people with allergies however only having 2 options now?? I had the salt and pepper calamari, was not as advised, I did not get salt or pepper calamari neither the sauce that it's supposed to come with. When I asked about it the servers did not know anything about any of the dishes and neither did the chefs as they had to go out the back to check the ingredient list. Having servers not know anything about the food is bad enough.. but the chefs?? Man come on. Also I guess they didn't care about cross-contamination either as I become sick afterwards. I like coming here as I have played for south cairns since I was a child but unfortunately your food made me sick (bar staff are lovely btw)

Both had pepper sauce side
One steak rare other medium rare
Prawn topper on rare steak
On getting meal no prawn topper
Girl had failed to add this to order
They quickly made one was small in a little dish
Steak was small on one order
Steak was definitely a poor cut
Chips were old
Salad lacked dressing
Won't be back
Paid over 80 dollars for this at members price

Fantastic family friendly restaurant. Great value, great taste - try the Tuesday $20 Chicken Parmy with avocado and hollandaise!

The staff are the real MVP's . Genuinely friendly, couldnt go out of their way enough to help me. My experience has been the same each time I've returned. Well done.

This chicken schnitzel is bigger than my head lol
We have ordered 1kg chorizo chicken schnitzel to share between us. It was huge and we are really full.
I wasn't expect the chicken schnitzel is yummy like that! That is good to try!!!!! And they got different flavours to choose. It is on every Thursday night. Only cost $31!! Really valuable.

Popped in with my sister in law recently, as she had not been to the club. I didn't have my members card, as was in hubbys wallet and the staff was lovely and redid a card for me to use, free of charge. Lunch was lovely, Caesar salad with calamari and as you can see, very generous amount too. The outlook from the club is nice and relaxing, and it was lovely to see a table of ladies enjoying a luncheon catch up together, listening to them laugh was great to hear. Really nice atmosphere here, worth joining.

Had a Family Birthday dinner last night.
Food was great and the service was amazing.
Such an awesome Service Team.

Food was good and enjoyable however some staff need a lesson in friendly.
Told we would have to eat at an outside table when it was windy because we didn't have a booking when the place was not even half full.
Maybe should have a sign bookings only!!!

It was the first time there for me, I was with 4 other people to celebrate my granddaughters birthday. The meal was wonderful, I had beef cheeks that were so tender you didn't need a knife to cut them. I will be going back again.

I was in awe of the great grass condition!
Very spacious area with an ample gaming room with pokies.

Was really good before covid. However since then their meal portions and quality have deteriorated. It's as if the chefs heart isn't in it.

They used to have a female chef and she was outstanding, her food was magnificent.

We would frequent their restaurant weekly, but after the second time experiencing the same disappointment we both wont go back.

Now to find somewhere else to get a decent meal.

Even their $17 burger felt like not much better than a glorified Maccas cheese burger.
My wife's $25 fish meal was very average.

Some of the staff don't seem to want to be there. No smiles and I always try to engage staff to make them feel we appreciate their hard work. But customer service is not real good for some of them.

Shame that good restaurants go down hill, probably to save a few bucks and whats even more disappointing is we had just renewed our membership 6 months ago.

Won't be returning.

Went here the other night! The food was amazing, we had steaks and Parmis which are usually pretty basic, however these were cooked so well with so much flavour! Would highly reccomend eating here again.

Had the parmy with prawns and "avo" but it wasnt real avo it was tube guacamole and was nasty. If i had of known it wasnt real avo I never would have got it. Other then that it was dry and the napoli sauce was bland and from a tin.i had to order a side of aoli just to eat the dry chicken. I wouldnt call the side salad a salad at all it was just a pile of cabbage with dressing not hard to make a parmy so why so lazy? I would have sent it back or got my money back but i didnt want to wait again. Your lucky to get 2 stars the second was just bcuz the staff at the register was nice

We used to love to come to that club but not any more.. One bad experience after another. Obviously they changed their cooking staff because quality of the meals went down the hill and service is not great either. When a piece of meat is served on a gigantic pile of mashed potatoes with nothing else it hardly invites to come back. I had a stir fry with prawns.. Prawns were so mushy and of a strange taste. Prawn crackers were soaked in a sause and changed to something soggy and difficult to eat. You've lost us as a customers..

Service is wonderful here, food was good and filling. Prices very reasonable. A couple of stand out staff, but unfortunately one name I remember. Rachel.

Not a huge fan. Went for lunch today. Paid $15 for a steak sandwich which was tiny. Not a pub style meal if you ask me. The place itself is one, big room so it can be very noisy.

Friendly staff, extensive menu list also with gluten free options. Service was slow waited over an hour for our meals, the acoustics in this large area make it hard to have a conversation if you want quieter outside would be an option. Price range is average. Kids love the pizzas and they supply a box to take uneaten portion home. Steak was cooked well, however I had a chewy rump, this can be hit and miss with any restaurant. Sweet potatoe chip option gets two thumbs up from me. Have kids play areas that looked clean and fun. Meal sizes are very generous. The bathrooms are very clean with a full length mirror, very helpful for the ladies
