I had to renew my membership as I haven\'t been down here for a few years.
Nice evening.

Brushcetta piled high, but tasty.

My family and I haven\'t been here in a while due to food being terrible and its even worse now. Dry, under cooked and rushed. Not a single team member came over to ask about how we were and how were the meals were eating. We came and ate and not a single worker came to us, we even sat down at our own table. Our membership ends in 2029 but it will be unlikely we will be back by then due to poor service and standards.

Maxine served us and she was absolutely amazing. Haven't seen such lovely customer service in so long. Would definitely come back for this type of service. Biggest smile and extremely accommodating.

Update really need to put a soft close door on the children area to stop children getting hurt or it could equal a insurance liability issue.
Food is fast and good
Just the staff seem either burnt out or snobby. When waiting for ages at the counter and they finally see you even when you try get there attention its like a roll of the eyes as they have to walk over and you just want a drink. No smile no hay what can I get you its a awkward silence which you then speak first.... maybe management should ask if there people are okay and or re train for hospitality

We booked a table for 8 on New Year's Eve and had a good experience at South Cairns Sports club. The staff were excellent and well organised, especially considering how busy the night was. Even though the restaurant was at full capacity, we didn't have to wait too long for our meals. I was genuinely surprised to see that only one chef and just a couple of restaurant staff managed everything so smoothly.

The bar staff were also run off their feet, but despite this they were fast with service and very friendly. They all gave up their New Year's Eve for the customers and deserve a big \"thank you\". It was a great night and we'll definitely be back.
