Meal was ok in the end but they have false advertising on the menu. They clearly state ALL MAINS come with choice of chips and salad or vegetables but they WILL NOT honour this!!! Chose a pasta dish due to VERY LIMITED veg choices and would have enjoyed a few chips and salad with it but NO NO NO, they would not honour the salad and chips so had to change to the one other black board veg option! And look at the size of the salad bowl. Salad bar was great and if the menu states that it is included with all mains, then it should be. Not sure whether I will go there again or not. ???"

Matthew Corbell is a regular customer at Seabrook on a Friday with a group from Multicap Panorama. The service is always excellent and today Matthew ordered the Rissoles with vegetables and gravy. A request was asked of the chef and the meal was modified to perfection and came out first. Matthew thoroughly enjoyed his meal. Highly recommend the meals at Seabrook Hotel

Staff were nice. Room ok.
Supplied microwave & toaster but no Crockery or cutlery to go with them. Luckily we had our own!

Good service, friendly staff, good choice of menu of fairly typical pub food.
Meals out were quick, tasty and good value.
Gaming room (as per most Tassie pubs).
Can't rate the rooms - dinner only experience.

Had a meal. But I wish most of of the places would change their menu as It's always the same thing even on the special,s board I don't mind paying but would like to see more variety as I am not a vegetarian and don't like pork, seafood or the steak,s. So won't be going back.

A vast improvement in service and food quality since I last dined at this bistro which was a fair while ago now. Very light and open dining area with pleasant staff who are accommodating to your needs.

We stayed at the 3 bedroom apartment. It wad VERY spacious and furniture was modern. Having two bathrooms was also great. There is free wifi, but it was slow, especially in the evenings. Motel is located right on the main road too so you can get to where you're going fast. One thing to note is that there is no laundry on the premises. Overall though, we really enjoyed our stay here.

Had lunch at the Seabrook Hotel/motel. Lunch was good. Chicken snitzel was great. Chips were awesome but the salad was a letdown. Service was a little lacking. The servers did seem to want to be working????? All in all a good experience but not a great one.

Stayed one night and ordered breakfast for 2 delivered to room. One breakfast arrived but the one that consisted of pineapple juice, toast and cereal did not. I assume this should have been brought to the room the night before - or at least that's the impression I got from the girl. When she returned there was no juice, so had to track her down to ask for it. Got told there was no pineapple juice - if this was the case why was I not asked for a second choice. She brought me orange juice - fine. Then I discovered white toast had turned into a brown type that was limp and barely warm. (I just retoasted it. No dessert spoon for the cereal - used a teaspoon! Also no milk delivered with cereal. Dear oh dear!! Steer clear of the breakfast and head to the nearest bakery post haste! Room was fine though.

I have been a few times recently and this time was the last. Issues with ordering and getting what we paid for as the receipt was not given. The roast was advertised on the poster as lamb and when it arrived it was pork. Of which I do not eat. Obviously run out of lamb but did not show any courtesy to check it was ok to substitute. Microwaved to death. Waitress abrupt and there was no follow up.

Very tasty roast pork and veggies and pav for dessert and only cost $22.00. Great price for a Sunday meal.

Didn't stay so can't rate the rooms. But if they're anything liked the staircase, staff and food they'll be great. Friendliest staff ever.

Meals were just great we was in a group and won on keno , so pretty rowdy but staff sorted our cash over the bar and made sure we had a great night .

The road/drive to the room is gravel and has many pot holes so watch out. Room was clean and tidy. Bistro menu was in room as it is next door. Went there for dinner, the food was meh, but conveniently located. Wouldn't dine there again in a hurry but the stay/room was fine.

Room was okay. A bit old, but clean.
Cold though, not helped by a window open when we arrived in mid-winter. Took some hours for the room to warm up properly.
Bed was reasonably comfortable. Electric blanket (a rarity nowadays) helped take the chill off.
Reasonably well isolated from highway traffic, but neighbours shower and taps made a bit of noise.
Overall, not bad, but a bit pricey at $115 per night.
Nice meal in the bistro though.

Currently sitting in the Bistro waiting for my meal. Have been waiting 45 minutes so far.
Wondering if they are understaffed due to Public Holiday. I've been charged a 15% public holiday surcharge, but would be disappointed if this wasn't used towards putting on extra staff for the public holiday.

I found the room clean,neat and tidy. After a day away it was nice to come back to clean towels and bed made and bathroom clean.I would definitely use the service again and tell others.

Nice atmosphere while having your tea time with a very welcoming friendly staff. The variety of foods are great, and the portion of the meal is quite big and delicious. The prices are reasonably good.

Friendly staff. Meals were great. Seafood chowder with bread roll and garlic scallops with rice which came with chips and a salad. Very nice and filling. Room was nice with HOT hot water and great pressure in the shower. We also won $300 on the pokies. Who could ask for more!! Great place, thank you😁

Seafood platter, wasn't eatable fish was oily and soggy. Salad was less than good. Prawn cocktail, was just three prawns is a huge amount of Seafood sauce. My wife ordered medium cooked steak, and it was over cooked.

Came in for dinner my wife ordered $20 scallops when it came out the meal was not what we were expecting we were informed about the $20 schedule were last year's and been frozen if they were served up to your cat I reckon it would refuse to eat them, compared to the scallops in the higher price they were a bloody disgrace. The chef should be ashamed of himself for putting that rubbish on a plate

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff and very quick food service given how busy they are. All in all, the food was good but the mixed grill wasn't good value @$45 The rissole looked like a baked spud and was so full of filler it tasted like sawdust ( not that I've eaten sawdust but if I was to eat sawdust I imagine it would be similar in taste to the rissole) The steak was the small 150g steak from the $17 meals so I should have saved money and got the $17 steak. The remaining meals were all nice and good value, it was just that the mixed grill was not good value and the horrible "sawdust" rissole. As mentioned, all in all, still good overall meals for our group. Still happy to return, I'll just save $45 and not order the mixed grill.

From the moment we arrived, we were looked after by the wonderful manager Dee who saw to all our needs.
Dinner in the restaurant was first-rate as was the service.
Our room was spotless, well presented and very comfortable.
I would stay here again without hesitation and I certainly would recommend it to friends.
