Stayed for 2 nights with friends family in the safari tents, kids really enjoyed the facilities. You can do everything on site and the service was nice too. Great place for school holidays. We'll definitely come back to check other accommodation options.

LOVE this place. Great vibe, excellent drinks good food. We went to the Oyster Shed for lunch then up to the hotel for coffee and desserts later on. Amazing place for families. The only negative thing is that the staff weren't very friendly... felt like no one ever smiled. Cafe area staff made you feel like an inconvenience. The young girl on the ice cream stand at around 2/3pm was the nicest staff we encountered from 11am because she smiled and greeted us.
We will be back absolutely.. but friendly staff would really make people's experience even better.

Tried to order a take away pizza. Kitchen said I needed a table, which didn't make sense. I asked at the bar and they suggested to use the Me&U QR code on the bar tables... which didn't work. I was then told I could order direct from the hut on the back deck... only to be told they cant take orders there.

20 minutes wasted. The pizza is amazing, I'd had it the day before but it was just too hard and it wasn't busy.

Attending the bonfire night at Sandstone Point hotel was an unforgettable experience. The bonfire was the biggest I've ever seen, and it was truly a spectacular sight. The free marshmallow roasting added a nostalgic and fun element to the evening, while the live entertainment kept everyone engaged and entertained throughout the night.

The rides and Sideshow Alley were reminiscent of the Ekka, bringing a festive and lively atmosphere that delighted both kids and adults alike. Despite the rain, it only added a touch of magic to the event, creating a cozy and enchanting ambiance.

The highlight of the night was undoubtedly the fireworks display. It was truly spectacular and took my breath away. Families were having a fantastic time, with smiles and laughter all around. A big thank you to all the staff for your hard work and dedication. Your efforts in organizing such a wonderful event are greatly appreciated, and it's clear that you put in a lot of effort day in and day out to ensure everyone has a memorable experience.

We waited 45 minutes for beers and almost 90 minutes for 3 pizzas to make their way to our table.

The staff were questioning us at the bar and were almost making it out as if we were lying that our drinks hadn't been delivered yet.

Then the staff brought out our 3 beers and almost handed them to a table of 2 people drinking coffee!

Overall a very poor experience. Great looking venue in a nice location though.
