Great food
Great service
Totally not reviewing this well because I know the workers
Although the demonic portal to hell in the smoking area is a bit weird but it definitely adds to the decor

Got our room mixed up from the start, booked a 2 bed room and a got a 1 bed room. Resolved the issue by giving us another room ???", no drinking glasses in one room.

Then went to the bistro for dinner, table that ordered after us, got there entrees and mains before we got our meals, 50 minute wait for two main meals, 1: butter chicken was bland, dry and rubbish 2: lasagne was salty, burnt and cold.

Safe to say we definitely wont be back, which is a shame cause we could be looking at moving to the area.

Overall a lovely experience, came for dinner with family and the food was of a good standard.

Reason it's not a 5 star is the dining tables having keno gambling paraphernalia on it which is unnecessary and not tasteful and there were massive tvs behind the other guests I was eating with and it was highly distracting while trying to enjoy the meal and conversation.

Save the gambling stuff for the sports bar and keep the bistro a relaxing distraction free space.

Had great meal and friendly service the venue is is very nice since its improvements have been done.

We live in town and came down to the pub for a family meal (especially due to other places in town not being up to a decent standard). This was our first time here since the new renovations and wow, not only is the atmosphere absolutely fantastic, but the staff were wonderful and the meals weren't just decent, they were amazing! It was lovely how my 2 year old son got his food very quickly, which I truly appreciate, and ours wasn't far behind! I often get seafood and very rarely has it ever been cooked to a nice standard around this area, but they truly nailed it tonight. The only criticism that I could give is that I didn't like the tartare sauce, but that's not the end of the world! Very much recommend and definitely will be back again!
