Went to the bistro for an end of year function.
The booking was easy (25 people) and communication was good.
Had a great night with the staff very efficient in serving meals and obliging to our quirks.
This was our second year at the Royal hotel. Very good venue. Will book again next year.

Excellent stay. Very clean comfortable room at a very good price. Alison the manager was very pleasant and accommodating when we booked and during our four night stay. All the staff were so pleasant and friendly. The food and service in the restaurant was excellent. Complimentary drinks were appreciated as was the discounted meals. Would definitely stay again.

We had lunch in the sports bar with a family friend yesterday, as the sports bar is our go to place because of the great food & friendly staff who are always happy & go out of their way to make sure everyone has a good time
Henry was serving at the bar, taking our order for lunch & pouring our beers, he was such a nice guy, friendly & helpful. Two of us had the Aussie parma which was really good & my partner had the fish & chips which he always has. A big shout out to Henry & all the staff at The Royal Hotel Essendon

We as a group, Michael, Karla, Carlton and self, Trish had lunch at Royal Hotel. The manager Alison was Approachable, Friendly and Helpful to each and every customer. She helped us upload the Pub+ app and we were happy to get $10 off our lunch yesterday on the 15/10/24 around 12 noon. Even the waiter Jett was friendly and approachable. Well done to The Royal Hotel staff at Essendon/ Victoria. The menu choices was very nice and we all had a nice coffee at the end well done Alison. I wish all hotel do the same especially to public like us; during our down time we were uplifted truly. Much appreciate from Michael, Karla, Carlton and Trish.

Ben greeted us and organized our table. Every time we dine at the Royal he is here and he is friendly and extremely helpful. The food (Parma and Burger) was hot and delicious and came out very quickly. Another enjoyable visit to the Royal.
