Enjoyed a lovely dinner here with a group of 8 adults and 3 children. We all really enjoyed our meals. Fast service and delicious great value for money. Will definitely be back.

1st time I have ever had to send a meal back and I wasn't the only one. Got full refund but paid for my additional meal as felt that was only fair. The lady was fantastic, service was extremely quick and sticky date to die for. Would go again just order something different

Monday $25 pasta night - your choice of four different pastas or risotto off the main menu.

Got the Seafood Marinara. If you love garlic, this is garlic heaven. A tasty balanced dish with the confit garlic notes coming through nicely.

The mussels and salmon were overcooked whilst the prawns, gummy shark, calamari and clams were perfectly cooked.

Friendly and polite service. Well portioned for the price. Order and pay at the counter. Family friendly.

This hotel is usually good, but tonight the food was ordinary. I had the Mushroom and Chicken Risotto and it had thick slices of Parmesan on top and the meal was far too salty. The chicken pieces were too big and dry.
Our other meal was the corned beef which was good and mash was delicious, however there was too much cabbage and no greens.

First time visit to the bistro (for a friend's son's birthday party). Not a local. Clean and friendly. Loved the garlic bread, chips, burger. Very reasonably priced. Has a sports bar with pokies we didn't visit. Ample on-site parking. Great playground for the kids next door. A very enjoyable day out.

The service we received by staff in particular Alana she was terrible she was rude non engaging very blunt!
I ordered my children the kid's spaghetti bolognaise both children said they couldn't eat as it was spicy when I approached the staff to ask the chef what was in the sauce they just said pepper and its not spicy and other kids eat it. Offer no solution to the problem and just stood there mute.
I then had to reorder food for them to eat. As I walked off I seen another waiter shack her head and smile.
Spent of over $320 it was not worth it and I wouldn't recommend this place based mostly on the terrible service.
I can look past the food not being the best but can't look past an unwelcome environment and rude people. It's really not that hard to smile and be polite even if you don't agree your job is customer service.

4-7-2023 Very nicely laid out pub with friendly ambience in the bistro and the sports bar. Service is very good, prices are reasonable. Seniors menu variety is excellent with great menu prices for seniors. Drinks are reasonable, comparative prices. The chicken schnitzel and the scotch steak were somewhat tough, but still edible. Food could have been hotter. Would recommend this place to people, and would eat here again.

Classic suburban pub. Typical pub meals that don't pretend to be anything else. Order at the counter but your meals are delivered to the table. Good size seniors meals too. Ultra pleasant staff that I couldn't fault. Well done Cross Keys....

Traditional pub restaurant in a very established old hotel. But the food is good, delivered unpretentiously as a full hearty meal.

Great place for a meal. Would thoroughly recommend. All senior meals were really tasty. Plenty to choose from. Compliments to the chef. Would most certainly visit again.

Attended a party in one of the function rooms here and it was great. The staff were very attentive and super friendly, there was heaps of food and it was all delicious, and there was ample parking. Great venue for a 30th birthday!

The food, price and service are well above what I would expect from a pub. The service in particular stands out to me as they are personable and keep the place clean. No sticky benches, ashtrays emptied, bar staff vigilant. Family-friendly but not a place filled with screaming children either. Even the customers are welcoming to strangers. I highly recommend this venue!

Good variety on the menu. Food was basic. Ordered the salmon which came with plain potatoes and some broccoli.

Called to see if we could get in for dinner, was told the bistro is closing in 4 minutes. We were around the corner and when walking through the carpark the staff member was at the door, saying "quick I told them you're coming". We were seated inside and served promptly by very friendly staff. Exceptional service and really good food. This will be our new local.

Really loved the food.

Great selection of meals to choose from. The venue is very clean and inviting. I must give credit to the serving staff, young and older for their professionalism in communicating, and serving clientele and of course all of them showed great patience with my 96yr old Aunty. Thank you

I ordered a dozen natural oysters, bruschetta, salt and pepper calamari, raspberry cheesecake, chocolate mouse, lemon-lime and bitters, and a hot chocolate and it was all fantastic. Will be going here again.

Had a beautiful 3 course seniors meal before heading off to the football. Meal was lovely and plenty of it, good size serve and reasonably priced to..service was great, friendly staff..

Food was average, I was the last to order at my table, a big group of people, and my food was the first to come out while everyone else at the table had to wait 30mins after I received my food, two people from our group had to request a refund as they had been waiting over 40mins for their food and had to be somewhere else. Also had to wait 5 minutes for someone to come and see us on arrival while waiting to be seated with a number if staff walking past us completely ignoring us.

Always a great experience the food in dinning and the sports bar has always been great. Pokies have a good variety. Approx 30-50 machinesThis place has consistent service and for good reason! I'll Continue to go back.

Cheap pub meals. Limited selection of food to choose from. The place has seen better days. The young staff were friendly and energetic. Not to much more you can say about this pub.

As usual the food was great (I had the roast).The staff were excellent as well.It was great to see so many people there enjoying themselves. There is life post COVID.

Friendly and efficient service from the staff. Good variety of Seniors meals at good prices. Vegan meal made on request. Very satisfied. We will definitely come here again.
