We have been here on a number of occasions. The atmosphere, the food & drinks and the service is always so consistently friendly & great!
We always leave feeling so grateful for an awesome experience every single time.
Head Chef Mathew and his Team are so good at what they do with generous tasty meals that feel like home :) The mushroom risotto is a must try! & all the staff (too many names to mention) are all so wonderful and accomodating.
The kids meals are great value too & Pirate Captain Adam who entertains the kids with his guitar, vocals, balloon making and games in the kids area is always so great!

My wife and I went to the Cross Keys hotel for dinner on Saturday 7 March. We are regular patrons at this facility.
On this occasion, we each ordered seniors meals, commencing with entrees.
Surprisingly, our mains were delivered whilst we were eating our entrees.
That aside, my wife had ordered grilled fish whilst I ordered fried fish and chips.
My wife was very satisfied with her meal.
However mine was far from satisfactory with batter that was dark brown and crunchy rather than fresh and crisp.
Not up to the standards expected and consistently met on numerous prior visits

Chicken schnitzel was small(ok) but dry. Didn't eat much as it was hard to cut because of dryness? Hasselback potatoes yummy. Other veggies not cooked enough. Asked for mushroom sauce, $5.00. I declined. Prices are a bit high for a senior's meal. I noticed lamb cutlets are now $30.90. Not going back.

Nice food, tasty and good quality. Variety of options. Easy parking at rear. Family friendly. Fast service. Looks good quality. Prices are standard, not cheap neither expensive.
