No where to park, limited access. I finally get in there the beer is awful and then they make me take my hat off. Don't waste your time

Customer service is no where to be found, staff cannot pour or make a drink to save their life im talking waiting a good 10mins for them to get it right. If your planning on stopping in for a quick drink I wouldn't bother it'll take 10mins before someone even shows up behind the bar to serve.
Bar staff do not know how to prioritise or multitask in a effective way.

Came in last night and was pleasantly surprised. The manager, Candice, was very cheerful and accomodating. Chill atmosphere, cold drinks, and friendly management :) very happy and will be back!

I say it all the time, Raintrees is the best place to drink. Everyone knows your name and everyone knows you're drink. 5 stars

Poor atmosphere, no longer serves food, overpriced bar. Not a great place to go. Maybe if you have a function and need wide open spaces with nobody around to bother you, then this is your place.

Service @ Raintrees Tavern is outstanding. Kimba is amazing, running sports bar, TAB, Keno & collecting, cleaning. Locals are, so friendly and helpful.
Took a long time for food to come back into Sports Bar area, but we got there eventually.
I love coming in for a few beverages and checking my emails in peace. Then chatting with the locals.

What a relaxing and happy environment. Service and staff are 2nd to none... lovely open beer garden area under cover.
You would be hard pressed to find a better place to chill out.

I have been at Raintree tavern for many years and i had no problem with staff or how attending this tavern in fact i talk to staff on Facebook passed and present. Will always come back

The venue stinks like old toilet , run by an accountant gaming full of desperate black community trying to make a dollar , it's the worst run pub in Queensland, it's a scabs catcher , I hate it , and whoever runs that show

We arrived in Cairns on Christmas Eve as weary travellers and with many places closed walked into the Raintrees Tavern looking for dinner. It was seafood buffet night and we only wanted burgers. Aunty Rae went out of her way to find us a table and found time for her staff to cook some sensational burgers for us. Customer service you don't see any more.

I won on the huff and puff machine . Three little pigs. I bet 5 cents and got the buzz saw feature and won $8.00 . Sickness. Not a huge win but goes towards the win /loss ratio . Super sweet . Am I just like an Oreo? Brown on the outside and white in the middle .

pub staff try to kick me out when they thought I wasn't 18 I didn't have no ID but that didn't matter because if I was under 18 I would of had a Parent supervisor i wouldn't recommend coming here with your kids it's run down it's smells and no food service

Not very friendly or happy barperson in the gaming room.

Hmm dodgy as, place was dingy and required some cleaning. The chairs in the gaming room smelled like old stale urine.

Well where do I start a friend went in tonight to pokies then spent 400 then decided to go through to the sports bar where not one person was wearing a mask he was told he was not allowed in the premises as someone had used his identification before which I find that very hard to believe as we have a family get together of 13 of us which travelled all the way from Tasmania then to be told that afterwards spend 400 + dollars also in Tasmania you don't get tickets for the machines it's all dealt with with 1 or $2 coins he was basically abused for that absolute dreadful service especially weather tourist 13 people you turned off tonight kind of shows what kind of premises at is with 4 people in there of a Saturday night absolutely wrong the way you treat your customers you should be ashamed of yourselves

Good beer garden and vibe for family gatherings and social outings with friends. Top notch atmosphere and environment with friendly staff and patrons.

Raintrees is a fantastic venue but I think there is a lot of wasted space, it could be used for a whole lot more of events and entertainment like open Mike nights battle of the band's bingo, talent quests, concerts etc.the kitchen should also be open for pub meals like it used to be.

It's a nice place to visit, I haven't been there much but when I have been there it has been ok.

Only good if you want to play the pokies. Not family orientated.

REAL LOCAL kinda thing. Not take your family kind of place
