Ate here several times while on holiday from UK. Great welcome and friendly staff. Good quality food at very reasonable price - the daily specials beat any offer you'll find around the city. Highly recommended!

Wanted the mushroom and haloumi kebab but was told out of stock. So I ordered the pork chop. The salad didn't have any flavour, It consisted of rocket and carrot. The potatoes had a strange flavour to them.
When I go to a restaurant I like to purchase and eat something that I could not replicate at home. But honestly the food I make tasted better than this meal.

We had our Father's 80th here on Friday 5th January 2024.
Brendan Dennis was our Events Manager who we dealt with for about 3-6months leading up to the event. Brendan was amazing and really made everything so much easier.
The day of the event went smoothly and everyone enjoyed the meals and dessert.

The place has to be experienced to appreciate. Given the space it has been designed quite well and elegant.

Fratelli is very underrated and should be Better known around Cairns.

The security guard was kind enough to give me a contemporary shirt rather than deny service as I wasn't sufficiently dressed after a long day at the beach and reefs.

The only fault was the "live music" element blasting over any conversation.

Less then average pre-packaged pub food. For $30.99 we have had much better at other clubs in the area. We will not be back.

Since the renovations it is certainly a great place to visit for lunch or dinner. Either in the bistro or coffee lounge

A place like this is always good for a feed. Great food. Ask for coffee and ice-cream at Fratellis. A little expensive compared to the usual gaming venues. Just avoid the machines. Go for the food or the poker, not the foolishness.

Ordered 4 meals last night and not one was good. The calamari looked like nuggets, carbonara was thick cluggy and tasted awful. Fish and chips were disgusting and the steak was asked to be well done but some parts were rare. Mentioned to waitress the meals were not good and not one person come to see us. Will never be back

They've done a great job with the renovations.
The bistro out the back has excellent meals which are priced very well.
Trivia on Wednesdays is well run.

Newly renovated, and the changes are really nice. Easy wheelchair ♿️ access and heaps of undercover parking. New sports bar, seating areas and dining room. Good menu with well priced meals. Has take away bottle shop area behind reception. I've been a member for many years but have not attended since mid Covid. I was impressed ??'?.

Good food, nice environment

We had the displeasure of dining for lunch at the Bistro. We ordered Roast of the Day, which was Pork. We waited close to an hour for our meal & the Bistro was far from full capacity. Roast Carrots stone cold, peas stone cold, roast potato & pumpkin luke warm, pork crackling stone cold, gravy varied from warm to cold. Roast Pork cooked to perfection but only a few thin slices. The quality & quantity of the meal left as extremely disappointed. We WILL NEVER eat here again. We may as well ordered a dry bread roll, with a bit of pork on it.. 😡😡

Atmosphere is so different from before reno. ??'???'?

What used to be an awesome club to go to is no longer. We were excited to go there since the renovations and boy were we disappointed. The club now has the atmosphere of a casino and seems solely based on pokie machines. Upon walking in the staff seemed very flat and not welcoming at all. We received our overpriced meals and were disappointed to see they were overcooked and mine was burnt. With the disappointing food, lack of service and the bleak and non welcoming atmosphere we will definitely not be returning. Brothers is no longer the fun, family friendly, welcoming, value for money club it used to be.

Called into Brothers Leagues Club Cairns today 24/10/21 for the buffet lunch & afterwards ordered hot drinks, a relaxing atmosphere & friendly staff. Prices reasonable & food well cooked.
Paid AUD $35.20 for the two buffet meals +soft drinks [Membership Rate]

Called into Brothers again on Saturday 24/09/22 into the new Fratelli's Bar area & only ordered two hot drinks, then relaxed for a while until 5:30pm for a meal inside the Bistro Restaurant, excellent service with the food well cooked & excellent value.

It was nice food , the atmosphere was rather bleak , but the staff were friendly.

Had a great time here at Brothers. The food was great, especially the garlic prawns..the sauce was so creamy....yum! And Elie..was so great and friendly...very kind to our son...definitely we will be back again soon 🥰

Most of the food we ate was undercooked, except the chips. Really friendly staff tho, like seriously amazing service. Not a great variety of vegetarian food for $15 a head.

Went to Brothers buffet and thoroughly enjoyed the visit. Lunch was $16•50.
There was quite a large selection of food. Two soups, Stir fried noodles vegetables, and meat, roast meat and vegetables, a stew, and other yummy mains. Desserts are plentiful and tasty. Drink prices are quite reasonable, and endless soft drinks.
Ended up having around 4 - 5 plates worth. I think it's great value. Give Brothers a try, I think you'll enjoy the visit.

The restaurant buffet is just delicious. My daughter loves this place. It is a regular spot she goes to with her dad and his family.

Visited Brother Leagues in January this year. Food in the buffet was quite nice and the staff were very friendly. The lady who was working in the creche at the time was exceptionally friendly and gave us some local knowledge on great places to visit while on our stay in Cairns

Food was nice and the club was clean and quite nice.nDefinitely visit again when I return to Cairns.

I only went to eat so all this is to do with Lanterns Restaurant. nMy wife and I hadn't been since it became Lanterns, and we won't be back.nBuffet on the night we went; Well below average,nAsian style buffet was cold and the same as found in any food court.nI had to ask 3 kitchen staff if certain items contained pork, to find the staff lacked english and pushing me on to next staff member until they found a floor staff member to answer my questions.nDeserts were very commercial, some very bland, some like the custard very powdery tasting and too sweet.nLanterns was very commercial with no touch of Cairns other than some fruit.

This place is the go to for a big lunch or dinner. It contains an all you can eat buffet for a great price and the range of food is amazing. They even have a kids room for children over 3 years old, a great idea for those nights where you want to relax and take your time without having the kids grow bored. Bars and pokie lounge included and evening entertainment is included every now and then with live bands and musicians. I highly recommend this place for lunch or dinner.

Amazing show. John Waters is a great singer. The best show we've seen in last year.

Fantastic place to relax and catch up with friends & unwind. Very friendly & helpful staff. Fantastic facilities & very well maintained. The all you can eat buffet is oh so worth the $. Their food there is scrumptious to say the least. Highly recommended
