Friday the 13th...didn't eat there but holy Dooley the girl that was singing there was so bad... the atmosphere of ears dying!!!we had to leave only had one drink...railway is usually the place to go for a few bevvies and live music ...what is going on Railway ???

I rated high for the meals,but never ate mine I was delivered the wrong meal and when I spoke to the manager he only offered a free drink I didn't want a drink I wanted the meal I ordered.The manager then wanted his patrons to point out the young staff member who delivered the meal,this was not going to happen .I never ate a meal a was told it would not get a refund as it had been served to the wrong person and it was not his fault. Great ma agreement skills

Terrible steak. Never again and got attitude as we were handed our food. My mate had a pizza and it was 30x better and half the price. 44$ what a joke could have whipped up a better steak on a car exhaust.

The only thing I've been enjoying about the railway lately (last 6 months) is that they are pet friendly and I enjoy the atmosphere. However the food and the quality of service have been awful. 3 of the items on the menu weren't available and this has happened on more then one occasion. Staff have been rude and seem to think it's an inconvenience to serve me. The outside chairs are also covered in mold. The railway should be doing alot better!

Dog friendly and where we can dine with pooch is nice (Not out tucked away between smokers and the carpark). All food looked great And our pizza was yum. A great find as we are only passing through.

Average food. Chicken on burger was half the size of the actual bun, was pretty much just like eating bread. Not worth the price, KFC slaps harder

Didn't have a feed just a couple of drinks. Great spot to relax plenty of TV's with all the footy and races. Reasonably priced as well.

My partner and I dined here Monday Night, the service was amazing and atmosphere was great. Sadly the food has let them down.
I had the steak and the steak was cooked well, veggies were plain and undercooked but chips were cooked well.
My partner had the crumbed steak which was alright.
We also ordered the chiefs special 'crispy pork belly'. Well there was nothing about it that was crispy. It was spongy and We didn't finish the meal as we personally didn't like it. It did have a funny taste but we thought it might have been the way the chief has prepared it. sadly a couple hours after having this meal we are both falling ill from it and we believe the pork belly was border line off and not safe to consume to why it tasted funny.
For the price you pay for meals here I would expect better quality meal.
I personally would not be coming back this pub for a meal as per se but I'd definitely would have a few drinks there as the bartenders were absolutely lovely.

Orded the Calamari for starters and the CBA Parmy with prawns + steamed veggies as the main and it was very tasty and filling! Didn't wait long for the food, despite it been busy for a Monday night. The service were friendly too.

Very disappointing had to wait 45 min for our meal (not a busy night), advertised 20% off all main meals for seniors but did not honour it for the specials 'main meals' ,steak was tough, chicken dry and mash so salty it was inedible. Lucky we're visitors cos we won't be back.

It is Sunday plus Mother's day, so I can only imagine how hectic this place has been all day long when we turned up at the dinner time.

However, all the staff from the bar to the kitchen still shows enthusiastic and warm welcome to us, and the service was speedy and excellent!

The food we got were delicious chicken parmy and pork belly salad. We were also surprised how great the $10 kid meal was, which came with good quality drink and ice cream.

Thank you for the team works in this busy day, we've enjoyed the every moment we were there.

The kid's burger was dry and the $40 steak was really thin, the mushroom sc didn't have enough mushrooms. I was there 6 months ago and it was so much better, not sure what happened but not that nice.

Made this my goto pub during a 5 day visit.
A good choice of 10 beers on tap.
Typical pub food menu at reasonable prices.
Live music on weekends.
Service always impeccable.

Superb service. The manager on duty when we went for lunch could teach a class on customer service! He was great. Meals were good too

Just got served by a blond haired lady with black rimmed glasses. Can honestly say that her service would have to be worst I have ever received in any kind of hospitality environment. Having over 20yrs experience in the hospitality industry myself, I'm surprised that kind of service still exists. Very poor experience for a first time patron. Being hospitable is the key of hospitality, she is severely lacking in it.

Where do we start.. I had the Chicken Saltimbocca WOW WOW WOW!!! My husband had the 500g steak.. cooked to perfection.. worth absolutely every penny!!!
The only criticism we have - the Patrons coming from the gaming lounge to the bar did this through the restaurant.. they were loud, obnoxious and swearing.. so a little uncomfortable. And my husband said he'd wished there was more sauce for the big piece of steak!

Huge shout out the the chef.. seriously fantastic meal.. one of the best we have had in a long time! We are sure to recommend you to everyone!

Yum! I absolutely enjoyed this meal! The steak was perfect, the chips were perfect, the sauces were delightful and the portion was spot on!

The atmosphere was fantastic outside and on Tuesdays there is trivia to enjoy with a team.

Overall very nice spot to check out and have a great time with your mates.

A nice variety of beers on tap, friendly staff, good choice of food at reasonable prices. Well worth the visit when in Yeppoon.

We had a group of 8 have dinner here. The food was amazing and all meals were very big. I would have given 5 stars but there were only 2 dessert options to choose from on the menu and both sold out. We would go again if visiting Yeppoon.

Enjoyed our meal over new year. Crumbed steak very tender and thai beef, even though the beef was a little chewy, salad and flavours were great. Very friendly and efficient service. Took some guests back a second time and they gave a big tick as well.

Chanell the bar maid is amazing !!! Had the best night . And the live music omg 😍!!

One of the bartenders spilt an entire drink on myself and my phone, and stated that "next time you come to the bar, I won't charge you", which we thought was quiet nice considering his mistake. The manager then came up to us and rudely demanded that we leave due to us coming up to the bar and kindly requesting the drinks that we had been offered.

Amazing staff. Great food and great atmosphere. Best place to drink in Yeppoon.

Visited Yeppoon this weekend for a family celebration.
Seated our group of 14 without a booking with no issues.
Good range of meals on the mean hand reasonably priced.
I ordered the pork belly with mash, broccolini and cola sauce. Huge serving which didn't look very appealing as it appeared to just be a slab of jelly on mash. Was surprisingly delicious and I was unable to eat the whole thing.
Drinks are well priced and the $10 cocktails are fantastic!!

Always good to go to the railway for a great meal and good atmosphere

Great main course. Couldn't fault it. However had onion rings which were frikkin the hugest I have ever seen. Once you have eaten a few and realise how much oil are in them, you start to feel sick. They need to be drained of oil before serving. Great service. Cheers big ears

This place had the best chips ever!! Cosy little seats outside, Big screen to watch the Footy.

The establishment was very neat and tidy, there was someone to greet us as we arrived. We booked early for a table and it was good that we did as it was very busy and a lot of people were turned away. The staff were very polite and courteous and the meals arrived very quickly. We ordered 3 chicken snitzels with gravy, garlic and mushroom sauce and my Daughter ordered pork belly salad all meals was large and all were cooked perfectly. Definitely was money well spent.

Yeah nah. Bland & smothered in Mayo. Thai beef dry tough strips of meat & no flavour. Im pretty sure the description sounded promising but not a sprig of coriander or mint in sight. The taco flatbreads were just open wraps. What a joke. And frikkin expensive to boot. Wont be back.

Ribs are huge here, it would have been 5 stars but they needed about 30mins longer as they were still a little firm. Taste was great with a light Smokey flavour and a tasty BBQ sauce. Cocktail list is cheap and cheerful and well worth a try. They are on $10.

I love the atmosphere and service of The Railway. However, today is the second time I have found BONES in the Texas Rib burger they serve. Last time I found a bone as big as my pinky finger. Today the top bun of mine and my mums burgers were burnt and hard and the chips were overcooked and brown. It was really disappointing :(

The best customer service. Amazing cocktails and food. Can't wait to come back
