I have been going to raiders Gungahlin for years and have always recommended them to others.
I had lunch there on Monday 21/10/24. I was totally disappointed with the meal. I had steak asked for medium came overcooked. The mushroom deuce is normally beautiful it had no taste. Vegetables Are as hard as a rock, chips not fresh or crunchy.
I doubt that I will eat st the restaurant again

It was a wonderful experience, and the first in my nearly 40 years in Australia, the kid's meal was delivered very quickly before our meals so that we could concentrate on feeding them and letting them play in the kids' amusement area. Our meals came in good time even though the club was full and busy. The staff were wonderful, quick and accommodating. A great night, and congratulations to your wonderful staff from reception to the bar and bistro. It was a very pleasant experience. My grandkids from Sydney had a great time, and so did their parents. I have been in Canberra now for just over 2 years and this was my first dinner experience at this club. Normally, I come for lunch as I work nearby with my co-workers and choose the club because of the kids area. Thank you. An excellent night

In general the club itself is really nice and clean. The staff at the front reception however really need to have a bit more customer service training. It really isn't that great when you arrive to sign in and the staff are clearly NOT enjoying what they do. It's really not that hard to be friendly and smile.

Chicken satay skewers, dry overcooked and the satay sauce.I had to.go.and ask for.it as it was not on my meal. The sauce I was told by a friend who I introduced too was bad and bkand and my family said the same. It.needs to.go back house made and not packaged bought...

The other food was good for my family birthday celebration

Very friendly staff. Great for kids - we took a very active toddler. Food is pub grub and priced appropriately. Could change the menu from time to time and juniors have more choices than seniors! Could one area be set aside for AFL games on tv? Sorry, just moved up from Melbourne. Highly recommend taking out a membership.
