Best service. Friendly staff. Food was fantastic. Far better than other local pubs. Also prices far cheaper and affordable.

Our group has been dining here for years and since the table scanning service has come into effect the meals are taking far to long to come out. My friend ordered her food and l ordered mine at the same time. My meal came out around about the time hers did but my poor husband had to wait another 25 minutes for his to come out. When a group orders off a table then all the meals should come out together so that we can enjoy our meals together. Slow service needs to improve otherwise we might need to chose a better venue

We hold our workplace Christmas lunch here and have done so for several years now. Friendly and fantastic service by all staff. Everyone is always happy with their meals, good size and a nice selection on offer. The venue is comfortable and clean. Would recommend.

To order they now want you to order through a QR code. Which wants to know all your details. What about ordering the old fashion way. My husband and I went last week and he refused to order this way. The staff didn't know what to say. Yes he was able to order the way he wanted only because he was very vocal about choosing in which way he wanted to order. Food was very nice. Crazy, you have to place your order like this now.

with all honesty our meals were really nice.Porterhouse steak was cooked to my liking and the prince bbq plate was very nice.what happened to the old fashioned menus on the table?so difficult to order on your phone.when you don't know what your doing!how do the elderly order when the waitress said no table menu's!please bring them back!we are getting very anti social!

I visited Melbourne for the first time recently and this was one of the best places I've eaten in Melbourne. Foods was really amazing and they had a friendly staff. Garlic prawns, chicken wings and bruschetta dishes were my favourite and I wish I had it now. Foods are worth for the price and i should say, i enjoyed every single bite of their meals..❤️❤️

Visited thrice recently and planning to do more, all because of the food here! The menu has an impressive variety of dishes and each dish is flavorful and has a generous portion size. Prince parma & Southern Fried chicken burger are my favs!

Had been a long time since we've eaten here.
Wasn't impressed with the food, mainly the Fries which tasted like they had recooked several times.

I go for the pokies, not the biggest venue so does have busy moments but overall I like it staff are always friendly and helpful and it's a clean establishment

Very disapointed. My family are regular visitors of the place. Today i took my brother and my 2yr old to the public bar for a feed. On arrival the worker called across to get a high chair braught over as there was not one there. I than got told i had to go over and get my own. Bit hard to carry a high chair and a child. Luckily there was a gentleman there that was kind enough to get the high chair for me. Even worse when you get told theres 3 staff across the road just standing in the bar having a chat. It would have taken 5 minutes (not even) to bring one over.. Least the Food was good.

Bed was comfortable, sheets & pillows clean, shower ok.
But Alex Polizzi would not be amused - only cups and tea spoons, no plates, bowls or other cutlery, ledges and curtains dusty, cushions on bed who knows how many heads have been on them. Wifi rubbish Would not stay again

Fast service, great food, large meals.
Meal orders are now done through an app on your phone, not a good system, doesn't work on all browsers and is much slower and also have to download app. Very annoying

Can be hard to get out of during afternoon peak, as drivers use carpark as a short cut (5-6pm).

Great service stopped in the have dinner my friend and I had the mixed grill which was amazing the price was good friendly service. I will be back next time I'm in the area. only down side was the price of the drinks.

Last Friday I had a seafood mix grill for my dinner and it was an absolute blast! Loved every bit of it. Hats off to the chef! Will come back for more.

The atmosphere was good, the staff were very good but the food really let them down in the bistro. I had the seafood plate. All frozen from the supermarket aisle so really I could have made the same thing at home and saved my money. A friend had the steak which looked really good and she said tasted wonderful. $9.50 Fruit tingle cocktails went down pretty well.

I would definitely go to the Prince Mark again but I wouldn't bother with the seafood plate, stick with the steak...!

The 250gm rump steak with salt & pepper calamari covered in mushroom sauce served with chips and salad that I ordered from this hotel was cooked to perfection. It filled me up nicely, so much so that I couldn't fit any dessert in

Nothing fancy or ostentatious about this place. The Prince Mark Bistro makes everyone feel welcome. Have always been given great service at the Bistro and never been disappointed with the meals. Keep doing what you're doing
