Nice place. Good atmosphere and nice to sit outside. Surprised it was quiet. Had the Parmy with extra salad. Loved the salad. Definitely will be back.

This pub has always been our go-to restaurant and the place we proudly take visiting family and friends. Unfortunately, after our last two experiences, we won't be returning.

Both visits involved extremely long wait times, with meals taking over 1.5 hours to arrive. What made it even more frustrating was watching tables seated after us receive their meals well before ours.

Friday night's visit was the final straw. After waiting over 90 minutes, our meals finally arrived. Three of the four meals were stone cold, while the fourth was hot but looked like it had simply been thrown onto the plate. The steaks didn't match the menu description and were very average in quality.

Throughout the evening we were repeatedly told our meals were "just coming." Staff offered complimentary drinks and chips, but by that point we simply wanted the meals we had ordered. We asked to speak with the manager, however the waitress was left trying to manage the situation herself. She was lovely and did her best, but it was obvious the information she was receiving from the kitchen wasn't accurate. Front-of-house staff shouldn't be left to handle situations like this without proper support.

Yes, we received a round of drinks and a small discount, but we still paid good money for a very disappointing dining experience. The food quality, service, and overall experience have clearly declined from the venue we used to rave about and visit regularly.

It's incredibly disappointing because this was once one of our favourite places. We gave it more than one chance, but unfortunately that's enough for us.

We received exceptional customer service and thoroughly enjoyed the delicious prawns and clams linguine pasta. The wood-fired pizza with prosciutto and burrata cheese was also a highlight. Overall, this place provides an outstanding experience, supported by a remarkable team.

Food was terrible. We couldn't finish our meals, extremely salty & burnt stir-fries $34 each!! Dumplings were barely filled. Spring rolls very average. Our uneaten plates were never collected the entire hour we were there so couldn't even pass on the feedback to the staff. Sunday surcharge added on to each order too. Long time customers so it's sad it's gone down hill.

Greetings Fellow Savers & Workers. We went to the Peregian Beach hotel with my Bride and Aunty Karen yesterday.

This hotel is a very architecturally attractive facility across the road from the boutique enclave by the beach.

The staff at the hotel were particularly helpful and charming. The menu is quite extensive and basically well crafted & fantastic. The menu is much different to those at your generally "below average surf clubs" with less people. My associates and we now go to the Peregian Beach hotel rather than the Sunshine Beach Surf club. The view may not be as good, but the food is just exceptional. We had the Thai Beef Stir Fry and the "locally caught snapper". This is better that what others offer as \'Coral Sea Barramundi", which is fed in pens with chicken food. See the photos below.

Chef et al, you did an exceptional job. Well done.

We had a lovely lunch on Sunday, even though it was very busy and we had to wait a long time for the food. It only meant that we drank a little more ;) I was very impressed with the quality of the dishes, definitely not a pub meal but more like a real nice restaurant. We\'ll be back, cheers!
