A bit quirky system of levels of you go up from the parking.

Vibe is a regular hotel with minimal amenities. The pool was good even during the rainy days. The area around was pretty calm and easily connected to most parts of Sydney. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, I do recommend this hotel for a brief stay!

We intended to stay with Vibe North Sydney for NYE but had to cancel our booking and seek alternative accommodation last minute due to a non-functioning vent/exhaust system in the room's bathroom. The exhaust fans in all bathrooms of the hotel do not work properly: they do not remove any odour or steam as it seems to simply be a vent in the top corner of the bathroom ceiling. As sufferers of asthma, the lingering presence of steam and other odours in the bathroom made it difficult to stay in the room. I must give credit to the hotel staff for offering a room change and showing us 4 additional rooms, but the fact that not a single one had a functioning exhaust fan highlights there is an urgent maintenance issue that needs to be addressed. If one can get past this issue however, the rooms are actually quite nice and presented very well, in addition to the mini fridge being generously stocked. The view from our room was however, quite disappointing: the walls of two other buildings was all that was visible. I must also note the on-site car parking is one of the worst I have seen. The Wilson parking complex that the hotel puts guests in has approximately 8 levels, with the hotel parking being located right at the bottom on levels 1 and 2. This meant we had to drive our car down 6 levels of tight corners and speed bumps. I can only imagine the hassle for someone wanting to drive their car regularly. The reception staff were professional and kind enough to offer us a full refund since we were not happy with our room, which I am grateful for, but in my honest opinion I would not return to Vibe North Sydney, especially after an absolutely exceptional stay at our alternative accommodation, Novotel Sydney Central.

I recently stayed at The Vibe North Sydney for a four night work trip with my family, including a 1yo. It was a comfortable room but the housekeeping service was very poor. Each day we had to request additional towels for our baby (one request wasn't enough). On top of that, they did not empty the rubbish bins apart from the first day so we had food sitting in it, overflowing for four days. Our used coffee mugs and water glasses were not cleaned and replenished throughout our stay. Finally, and this is the most bizarre complaint of all -- there was a weird door that randomly opened into the walls. This door did not stay closed. Every day we would return to this scary door open exposing the internal parts of the wall/building. Of course our one year old just wanted to climb inside the opening. We literally had to move the portacot in front of the door (blocking the bathroom) so that he could not climb in. If he had been able to crawl in while I was in the bathroom or something it actually could have been disastrous.

Very nice, clean and stylish hotel. Great for access to everything if you're staying in North Sydney. I was there for business so didn't experience any 'service' other than somewhere to sleep at the end of the day. WiFi was easy and fast. Bathrooms are spotlessly clean. Towels had a funny, but clean smell, they could have been a bit more 'perfumed'.

Very tight carpark in places, easy to scrape your mirrors on the tight driveway. Room comfortable but only 1 chair...... guess you're expected to sit on the bed! Reception Staff were helpful but housekeeping were slow when there were items not replaced from previous occupancy or overnight usage. The biggest plus for us was it's not in the city and it's near the railway.

Good location, decoration and furniture in good condition, basic room suplies but can be provided upon request. Couple of supermarkets, cafe or gocery stores nearby. Nice and mordern lift.

We were very pleased with our stay here. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, the bathroom nice and modern, the staff were attentive and friendly and the service was first rate. We definitely recommend.

Great location within easy walk of North Sydney station. Food hall on the doorstep and many drink options.
The room was large and well sized and very clean, some building work going on opposite but did not distract as up early for work.

Nice place to stay, friendly and attentive staff. Rooms and gym were clean! Only downside is there were no slippers, robes or little toiletries provided like at other places which was a bit of a surprise! But overall great experience!

A room for 3 people a King bed which was very hard and a pull out sofa that didn't have a mattress which was 100% harder then the bed could have just laid on the floor. Only 2 towels so had to share. The sofa bed didn't have a pillow so had to share one of the ones from the king and the sofa bed only had a sheet no extra blankets in the cupboards. The hair dryer didn't work very bad experience.

Even when I called reception from my room with a ridiculous question, they were more than happy to help me and I really appreciated that! This hotel is surrounded by delicious places to eat, so it isn't difficult to find something to suit anyone (I'm VERY fussy and still found something)! Also, this is so silly to include, but the body wash and body lotion smelled SO good and I need to get some for my home! Only two downsides would be the long and windy corridor to get to the pool from the lifts, and the price of a noodle cup in the mini bar! Thank you for a lovely stay!

If you had told me this was situated on a slope beforehand I might not have chose it. I'm so unfit ? but the room I got was massive, it was equipped with facilities for wheelchair access. The shower seat was my favourite. Huge bed and it was really comfy. I forgot my charging connector so was really happy to see a usb charging station. I left my ring there and the staff called me to organise it to be posted almost immediately after I checked out so I was really happy with the service. The room was clean and the shower pressure was really nice. I also liked the hand wash/shampoo/conditioner stations. Not little bottles but pump action style. I really liked it.

Stayed one night only due to Christmas Party, came late and Reception was very friendly.

This building and the room was spotless clean, looks new as well. Bed is clean and very comfortable , again very clean !! ?Very spacious and its bathroom.

Approx 5-10mins walk to train station with Cafe and shops nearby.

Not a cheap one though but I would love to go back.

We had a fabulous stay at the Vibe Hotel North Sydney. Great location, affordable parking! Wonderful staff who were friendly and super helpful. The rooms were clean, comfortable and stylish. Room service was great and had a well stocked mini bar. This will be our go-to hotel for all Sydney trips!

Nice new hotel. It is only few hundred meters from the train station. The only thing I don't like about our stay here was we felt so rushed. Check out time is 11am. We started getting ready around 9:30am.. At 10am a man knocked on the door asking if we took anything from the mini bar. 10 mins later, housekeeping wants to clean our room! I don't know but it felt like we are being kicked out, the manner of asking isn't so polite either. We felt so rushed so we left the hotel immediately at 10:30am!!

This weekend I had my wedding and the team at the Vibe were so accommodating. From start to finish they were friendly, warm and reassuring that all I asked for would be for-filled and it was. Special mention goes to two gentlemen one being Joseph or on the lead up was so helpful when we finally met and another gentlemen who helped me on the Thursday with room switches. All round amazing experience and I highly recommend :)

Room was large however basically furnished. Ro had basic hotel room facilities (tea, coffee, mini fridge etc).
Needed iron shirts, there was an iron but no ironing board.
General maintenance could be improved as the adjustable shower head had to be jammed up at top of rail otherwise it fell down.
Disappointed in food offering, was all external and the recommended places in the building (Eat Street) is just a basic food court open to late afternoon. However decent place to stay in business district.

Business trip booked for three nights.
First night 11pm. The tenancy above decided to start renovating and using a hammer drill for hours.

Hotel could not communicate with other tenant. They need to arrange emergency communication channels between businesses.
Took multiple reception visits before action to move rooms was offered. No apologies. Kept being bumped to different staff members.

Reception didn't believe me at first. Moved me to another room that was half of the size and none of the amenities originally paid for.
No discount or communication.

Couch was extremely stained.
Rubbish in the bin under the sink.

Bathroom clean. Actual room was well cleaned visually.

Could use elevator from hotel down to street. (Green mustache elevator) bit unable to come back up the same elevator. Meaning had to walk all the way back to the reception and and traverse to the other entire end of the facility again.

Infotainment system advised that guests can go down to the eat street and order and charge back to room from applicable vendors. They do not.
Infotainment in that room inaccurate or out of date. Only through reception ordering which was not specified on infotainment.

Booked another hotel instead. No discount or refund for terrible experience where I only had 5hours sleep.

Great location, clean and modern amenities. Staff were super helpful and friendly. I lost an item in the room and they managed to find it, very happy. I stayed in the executive suite for 2 nights, narrow room but enough for a family of 4. Loved the spacious bathroom and tub, however more lighting is needed. Bed was super comfy.

Easy place to stay and a nice walk to the train station leading to our adventures for the evening. The room has lots of perfectly positioned decor, ensuring you are not likely to leave anything behind with a nice late check out. Thank you our stay was lovely.

Not a bad hotel in the heart of North Sydney, if you're driving to the hotel as we did, parking is on the lower levels of their underground carpark.

Staff are friendly and courteous, also quite helpful, however when I asked what restaurants were open on a Sunday night around the area, a suggestion was made to walk 15 mins to Crows Nest - not very helpful at all to be honest.

The rooms are easy to access, just tap your room key in the lift on the panel on the right - once you get to your floor and to the room, same kind of panel, just tap and open it. We stayed in 1109, which doesn't have much scenery to be honest, when we got in the thermostat was set a bit on the warmer side. Which proved to be a bit of a nuisance later on as it made for a rather uncomfortable night's sleep.

For breakfast, we didn't eat at the hotel instead made our way over to Miller St and went to one of the restaurants there.

Checking out was no problem, back down to the car and made our way out, the final exit ramp is pretty steep .. as we had a SUV we made it out no problems. Oh, I forgot to mention, the carpark at the hotel uses a camera to get your rego plate on your car, you register this with reception so when you leave, it reads your number plate and lets you out - there's no physical ticket dispensed.

Would we stay here again? Probably not - as we stayed on a Sunday night, after a lengthy car trip, and not much open for dinner. The beds themselves were a bit on the skinny side - I'm more used to a king size because of how tall I am ..

Convenient and classy business hotel nestled in the office hub of North Sydney.
A short walk to the station and bus stops and easy to access the restaurants and cafes of this city centre.
There is a food market and super market down stairs so food is easy to get / up until 830pm when everything closes!
The rooms are clean, simple and well appointed with comfortable beds and good bathrooms.
Friendly staff and good customer service.

What an absolute disgrace. Booked a room for my family and children. Our first hotel outing since the pandemic. A special night for the Easter long weekend. Vibe claimed to follow covid cleaning practices. Our room had food all over the floor and lounge, the dinning table had stains on it, and to top it off the carpet appeared to have blood stains on it. Manager did nothing to upgrade us. Pool claimed to be heated, it's not. What a joke. Avoid

Modern decor, extremely quiet, atmosphere is great, everything you could need, including a huge TV. Very clean and nothing was broken - which was a huge plus compared to other places I've stayed lately! Only minus is the "lounge" chair was uncomfortable and the bathroom was very dark (difficult to blade shave). I stayed a week and wished it could have been longer. I'm looking forward to checking out the pool and gym next time.

Pretty good value for money. Rooftop bar was entertaining, good service. Will be better once cafe and restaurant is open.

Excellent staff, really funky rooms, pool is small but cool cos it is outside, gym not open right now because of covid but looks good. My large room was good value and came with a free bottle of decent wine.
