The food was really delicious and the team went out of their way to organise a table of 20 for us in the Sports bar for karaoke on Saturday night for Alby's 80th birthday.

Good place for a cheap feed. Cheap lunch options available. Big enough meals, average quality ingredients but you get what you pay for. Person serving did not seem to enjoy her job and was quite rude.

The North Shore Tavern was a lovely surprise, as we walked up to the main door the noise and quantity of people was not giving me confidence of a nice meal. To my surprise each meal was great, no complaints from the kids or adults and the food came out quick and well cooked. Great for the families as there is a play area for the kids. Did get some minuses due to lack of space to move around, play area not covered, noise levels. Recommened for sure.

The atmosphere is a great blend of furniture and fittings to lighting all go together making a friendly and inviting place to eat or sit around. The staff are efficient, polite and friendly. Giving help as required. Food. Large servings and well prepared. We split meals with an extra plate.

I can not fault anything!! It was an amazing meal, value for money and the food and service was amazing!! The staff we accommodating and lovely!! Would definitely come back for more meals!!

Great food at reasonable price, especially the lunch specials. We had rump with chips & veggies and roast of the day (lamb). The calamari, that I saw others have, looked great too. Friendly and prompt service.

Great food, plenty of it and price was excellent. Staff friendly, clean n tidy. Gave 4 stars as our meals didn't all come out at the same time (2,1,1 the last one over 7 mins later), plus the door to the verandah kept banging every time it was closed (quite annoying).

We have tried several taverns on the Sunshine Coast and none compare to the NorthShore Tavern! excellent value for money, consistently great food and excellent service! Can't beat the 200g lunch rump with chips and salad for $15!

Went for the sunday buffet breakfast and it did not disappoint.
Although it wasn't the biggest spread, for the very fair price it was full of flavour and all fresh.
There were plenty of options to choose from and we all left satisfied.
The only part I didn't like was the toaster but that's it. I'm going back again and again.

Tuesday $16.95 Parmy night. Had the bacon and mushroom topping with baked potatoes and veg. Generous serving and tasty. Very busy school holidays, tables full and 40 minute wait for meal but we were told to expect that. Pretty good value.

For any business serving up Caesar Salads, please go and check out how they do them at North Shore Tavern. They are the best. Not only are they great value, they're the real deal and a very filling meal. Well done NST.

He took care of us from the moment we walked into the venue & continued to go above and beyond with his service. Nice to experience staff who have a genuine approach to people where nothing was too hard.

We would love to recommend a change in one area, and that is... The constant slamming door in the dining area. This really makes it hard for people to enjoy their time and we noticed a few people try and move away from that particular area.

Over-all staff are friendly, and the food is done really well :)

The Salt 'n' Pepper Calamari is the absolute best you'll find anywhere on the Sunny Coast (so amazingly tender every time!) and has been for as long as I can remember. The Roasts and specials are always great. Staff are super friendly and attentive. Hands down, it's the best value and best quality pub dining around!

Booked a table for a Wednesday night for "Rib Night" ,a whole rack of pork ribs w/ sides for $25.80, and it didn't disappoint. The meat easily came away from the bones and fantastic value for money. The venue also has other nightly specials throughout the week and I highly recommend that you book a table in advance. Will be a return customer for sure!!

We are locals, our whole extended family are locals & we often dine at the Tavern for birthday's & get together's for family as it's local and easy for everyone. I always find it difficult to dine here being vegan & the staff generally being pretty unhelpful. There is nothing on the menu, which is fine so I usually just order a bowl of chips & salad. I've had many experiences where the staff have been clearly disgruntled by my request & one time had a staff member rudely & very strangely (after some eye rolls from her at the counter when I asked her if they could make any meal vegan) bring me gravy (which I didn't ask for) with my meal & proceed to tell me that I probably didn't want it because it contains meat?! Tonight the lovely waitress told me they would make the vege burger vegan for me then my meal came out with no bread (the bread is vegan) no chips (also vegan) just a patty lettuce tomato & some steamed veges. I spoke to the lovely waiter who sorted it for me but I could see the chef was visibly very annoyed when spoken to by the waiter, waving her arms around because I asked for bread on my burger. I don't expect for every place I go to to have something on the menu for me to eat. But I am not rude with my requests, or demanding & I just have had enough of coming into this place & feeling like I am putting them out. This is a complaint after years of coming to this place with the same attitude from staff. All I asked for was no cheese on a burger. It's really not that outrageous.

Our meals were excellent in terms of quality and generous in quantity. Prices reasonable,
Venue pleasant and staff accomodating and friendly as was the local magpie.

The staff here are very friendly. If you're seating outside during winter they are constantly checking on you to see if you need a heater to warm you up. The food is wonderful. If I was to say just one thing as a fault is if you order a well done steak then the chefs need to check that is what the customer ordered and not medium well done. But that is the only fault we have experienced. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a lovely meal at a really nice place. And on Friday nights there is face painting for children. And the kiddies look real cool.

Always great food, well priced and family friendly, grandchildren love the the playground and colouring in books.

Awesome place for Sunday breakfast, awesome n funny staff helpful.

Good sized meals and well priced. Unfortunately the specials board didn't note that the 'Pork Belly Bao Buns' were served slathered in siracha sauce, and as someone who doesn't like spicy food and has only ever seen them with hoisin sauce, found them inedible. The bacon and avocado parmigiana was delicious, and served with pub sized servings of salad and chips.

Good local Tavern with large wholesome meals. Monday is 'Parma' night so 1 x Meatball and 1 x Hawaiian with garden salad and chips. Too big to eat everything - tasty and good value for money. Great family venue.

Just finished another perfect breakfast. Coffees and tea were nice, and the o.j. was plentiful. Still lining up for the buffet, but that was okay because the choice and availability of the food on offer is absolutely worth it. And as ever the staff were very welcoming and personable. See you next Sunday!
