Went here for my daughters graduation last year. By the time my table got fed there was little to no food. Pumpkin looked off and ended up vomiting the next day with what little food i did eat. Paid good money to get food, was looking forward to pasta, fish (an enjoyable meal) not scraps not even Cinderella would eat. 1 star is being generous.

After reading the negative reviews I was sceptical when the decision was made to dine there.We visited last night, 7 adults 3 children and we were more than happy with the level of service, menu prices, meal sizes were exceptional and in general we thoroughly enjoyed the night. To be honest the children's meals would satisfy an adult.
Keep up the good work. We will come back.

However.. Food was weirdly fast and tasted horrible!! My partner and i went for a good feed and ended up leaving half way through dinner as we felt extremely sick and dirty while eating our meal.
I would not recommend this place to anyone i hope it was a one off thing all i ask as a hospitality experienced worker is the change ur oil and clean ur hot plate 😀

Went to Goosies today, usually service is OK, yet today it was terrible. Took half an hour to get our food (only three people including me) and then they forgot a coffee.

When we FINALLY received our food (3 pumpkin & feta lasagnas) they were all ice cold, and flavourless. Staff got our orders wrong initially, giving us 1 lasagna and 2 quiches. Became irritated with us when we requested our food be made properly.

Coffee had zero sugar (I asked for 3 sugars in the coffee) and was lukewarm. One staff members seems to never do anything (the.. large, one with light pink/peach glasses.) aside from chatter away despite no other staff wanting to talk. Or waddle around pretending to be working. Even when restaurant is PACKED, i've yet to see her help her coworkers out.

Staff appear not to wear gloves, or wash their hands AT ALL before or after handling food. There's no consideration for allergies, as nothing is wiped down or sanitized before/after food is prepared.

A few staff seem to prioritize chatting away with their coworkers or the guests rather than helping customers with their order or assisting coworkers.

Our family group of 6 ate at your club today .Sunday. I have to say we will never b back . . Our first visit several months ago was disgusting . Could smell the fish before u ate it. Just disgusting .We decided to give u a 2nd chance today,but wished we hadn't.
2 members were totally finished and waited another 20+ minutes for the other meals to come . A pasta and beef dish was enjoyable,but the size we thought must have been a entre. Even went and asked and was told no that is the main dish .
The other 5 meals we far from exceptable.
I must say that the chip were very nice.
We will never b back
