We recently held our son's 21st birthday in the private room upstairs. I would like to thank Jay and Mickey for their personal and professional service. The guys worked hard and ensured our guests were looked after.
The plattered food was excellent and we were well fed.
Great space, amazing staff, professional yet down to earth service and overall, an excellent night.

We all know that this venue is poker machine orientated but went there on steak night for special I know I should have known better

The public bar last had money spent on it last century but staff are happy and long suffering pros

Steak arrived quickly which was a bad sign and as expected a disaster

Presented on a raised triangle plate that meant all ingredients pushed to middle of plate and unable to get flat plate to cut steak
Steak was rare, indelible and because of so many uncooked sinews unable to be cut with cutlery I had to locate at bar

Steak had char from a dirty grill, chips from dirty oil and wilted sorry excuse of salad

Food was just OK internal decor is dated and needs an upgrade. Wouldn't bother going again very underwhelming. Oh and one of the male toilets was blocked with poo & piss all over the floor was bloody disgusting.

Celebrated family birthdays in the function room upstairs with 14 for dinner. Loved the room - beautifully appointed. Food was fabulous, very tasty. Service was excellent. Thankyou Jay for looking after us so well. We will be back !

Update. Been many times since last post. Absolutely love it. Great prices, great service.

My local. The best pie I ever had in my life. Absolutely HUMUNGOUS goodness. Such beautiful flavour, what a simply gorgeous experience.
