We stayed here last night 20/7/24 we drank in the bar till late fantastic hosts and locals. Step back in time 1870 if you love old pubs do it comfortable clean cosy slept like a log ( despite the friendly ghosts we didn't see ?)Best egg and bacon rolls we have ever eaten We live in Victoria but will make this our local it's awesome Thankyou

I have visited twice in 2 days. The best chicken schnitzels, perfect chips. good service, not expensive. Highly recommended.

Lovely old pub, with fantastic meals to boot. Visited with the kids, and the bar staff were super helpful and friendly. They also have a pile of games to keep the kids busy while waiting for the meals.

Really well priced meals, kid's meals were excellent (and came with a drink and ice cream), as was the fish and chips.

Will definitely be back next time we're out that way in the hills!

The pizza's at the Mt Torrens Hotel are the best we've ever had, and we've had our fair share in our time. The bases are perfect
and the toppings are just the right amount, the Mount Torrens is our favourite variety. Highly recommended!

Lovely historic country pub. Awesome pub food and large servings at very reasonable prices. Caters for coeliac gluten free dishes with large serves and almost everything on the menu being gluten-free. Awesome coeliac homemade pizzas made from scratch. No frozen pizza bases here. Friendly staff who are all trained in preparing and catering for people with allergens. Highly recommend a visit to experience this hidden gem .
