Great country pub all the meal we're very generous in size. I had a pizza very nice. The onion rings were some of the best I've had, and I will be back even though for us, it's a 40-minute drive

Pretty sub par, the workers were nice however the prices were a bit high and the outside tables were covered in dirt if not water, as were the seats, the food wasn't horrible, I liked the garlic bread, however the fish and chips left much to be desired, being overcooked and putting an oceans worth of salt on the chips, overall whilst not a bad establishment, it has a few shortcomings it needs to improve on.

What an excellent country pub with great ambience.
The log fire was a very welcome surprise on a cold day.
The staff were very friendly and customer focussed.
The food was excellent,the best squid I think I have had EVER.
Keep up the great service and friendliness.
Will recommend to friends and family.

Called in here 4 a drink. Never again. Women behind the bar were very stand off ish and rude.?. Need to be trained in customer service. That's 4 sure.
Place was filthy.
Would not recommend this pub. That's 4 sure.
