I ordered Fall apart slow-cooked Lamb Shoulder $34 and it was 50% Fat!! I Mentioned it to the waitress that cleared our table. She said that she\'d pass it on. I rang next day and told the staff member who answered. 5 minutes later she rang me back and asked if I would write an email and said the manager would ring me or reply to the email. I sent an email but did not hear a thing. I expected at least an apology.

Enjoyed a Mothers Day lunch with my wife, my mother in law and our two adult kids. All the staff were super friendly and went out of their way to make our experience fantastic. The food was ordered and served quickly, were the perfect portion sizes and tasted great. The bar service was friendly and very accommodating considering how busy it was. All the staff went out of their way to make sure it was a pleasant lunch for all and they are a credit to themselves, the management and the hotel. Thank you 😊

We shared our daughter's birthday lunch here today. No plans besides a booking. But when she demolished her kids pasta I decided to get her a dessert. I mentioned her birthday and her dessert came out complete with a candle ❤️ thanks to all the staff and everyone had amazing meals! Absolutely awesome experience!

My friend and I dined for lunch at this venue yesterday. Staff were very professional, obliging and friendly. The staff and kitchen staff were extremely responsive to gluten free and diary free requirements and were able to offer a number of different dishes. Meal serving sizes were very generous and reasonably priced. We had the roast of the day (beef) and the slow cooked lamb shoulder. The meals were cooked to perfection and extremely tasty. The salad/vegetable bar was well stocked with a number of fresh items on offer. (One minor improvement would be to label each item with regard to dietary requirements.) I will return to this establishment.

Meals well presented, hot and enjoyable. Salad and veg bar very good. Young waiters and waitresses very polite and personable, but why oh why can't they be taught not to clear a table until a customer has finished their meals.
