We were here twice in the last 4 weeks on our road trip from the Sunshine Coast to cape your. we stopped here at the hotel because there was free camping included and this is always a winner. the hotel is a great country pub pretty old and beautiful the food was good pub food and the staff was very friendly we come again

This is hotel is a must. Overnight free camp for our caravan on our travels. The atmosphere is fabulous. Fire was roaring. Per friendly. Staff and owners are so friendly and accomodating. Food was awesome! We will be back

Husband and I stopped for dinner. Lovely country pub, cute dining area. Would be great to bring the kids, for a boys night or a date. Food was good and reasonably priced, not amazing but good. I had bangers & mash. Crispy veggies (minimally cooked) but nice and hot.

Great meal at the pub. We got 2 meals and shared. Fresh..... whiting, fresh..... calamari. Both cooked well, melted in your mouth. With chips and fresh salad. Travelling in an RV , then park under the trees.

Great snall local to stop at. Quiet with friendly staff who are always up for a chat with a smile. Food overall was great lil average for the mash(butter, salt, pepper and a potato ricer is a commercial cooks friend with spud, im very fussy with my spud )but the rest of the meal yummo, vegies where perfect along with the steak. Nice and tender and cooked to my order(i got medium well this time so im.thankful the chef didnt come slap me with my steak first after seeing that🤣😂) and a mushroom gravy. Prices where good and a great lemon lime and bitters made in house(i pointed out that a few pubs have refused to or wont make this drink for whatever reason, but lovely mix. It seems simple but alot of ppl atuff up a lemon lime and bitters. With a collection of local, state and nationally recognised sports memorabilia adorning the wall and cheeky signs and genuine local pub vibe its simple but effective
