After waiting in front of the cashier, being ignored. We asked if we (2) people could sit any where, response was sure, given two menus told to help ourselves. Upon deciding, we ordered two meals + two drinks totalling $54.76 by card. There was some pleasant chat between us for a while sipping our zero cokes from our chilled ice laden glasses. We then realised we had been sitting for 40 mins noticing other tables that had arrived after us,were eating.
Approaching the bar to ask about the meals, \"Table 5\" I motioned to a new staff member. He hurried in to the kitchen, rushed back to bar, staff franticly going thru receipts. Was asked to prove that I had spent my money, $54.76 found it sir, rushes in to kitchen. \"These meals can be on your table in 15mins\" assistant reports. That\'s a shame, cause I haven\'t got that time to spare. I would rather a refund please, politely mentioning I\'ll pay for the drinks we\'ve consumed them. Manager hands $42.00 in cash. $12.76 for 2?- zero coke (300ml approx).
40 mins of pleasant conversation.
2 hungry souls until we returned home.
Thankyou for ruining a perfectly good day with some second hand staff that have the intelligence of a hammer.
Can\'t tell you about the meal we never saw a plate, twice I\'ve been here, 1st & LAST.
