Great caravan stop and camp ground behind the very unique pub. 1 km drive off Bruce Highway. Great meals, cold beer. Toilet and shower available for campers use for $5.00 per person.

$5 pp for the night. camping in the backyard of the hotel. amenities are great: hot shower and toilet. and the food at the pub is nice.

I stayed at this pub 34 years ago when the bridge was flooded going south. My baby son and I were stuck!
We ended up having the best time with the locals and other guests who were stranded also!
The publican and his wife were lovely, the food was excellent, the rooms clean and comfortable. The town had a general store, a post office. And thank god, a pool!
Having to stay there was a blessing in disguise as I was distraught after my relationship had ended. The people I met made us feel welcome and wonderful!

Lovely camp behind the pub with toilets and shower. Very cheap at $5/ head per night. pub itself has a lovely country atmosphere. Streak meal is excellent and generous size. Check out the walls where people have left their messages
