Went for dinner. He had the BLT which was excellent. I had a large side of vegetables - total $34. Big mistake - I should have had the small size. Corn, peas, beans, carrots and a pile of mash, all well cooked and hot. With a jug of gravy. Really good.

I hate steak sandwiches, my mates kept telling me to get one, all four of us ordered one and by goodness me. Just do it, it would turn a vegan back.

We have stopped here for the 2nd time. I have to say that the food is excellent. It\'s fresh and tasty. I had chicken schnitzel with chips and salad then sticky date pudding. So good. We were really happy with our lunch and cold beers. I can only recommend!

They got hammered with visitors at lunchtime and fell behind in their orders. It took a while but they got there and the meal was awesome. What stood out to me is how well it was handled with the publican offering a beer in the house while waiting and checking in a few times while waiting. You dont get good service like that everyday, I would definitely go back again. Sometimes an honest effort to do the best you can is better than being perfect. Good people, well worthy of the support.

We love a good country pub and this one is as good as it gets. Super friendly, the beer is cold and serves a great pub feed. The room was comfy and shared facilities super clean. Aircon worked really well, luckily as a christmas heat wave was backing the region. We had a great time and will definitely be back. Added bonus is the coffee van in the car park serving excellent coffee as well.
