Had a great experience tonight- one of our meals were not to our liking but the staff were amazing and handled it with absolute grace and perfection.
They addressed the issue straight away and gave us complimentary dessert and coffee. There were 4 of us and 3 of the meals were amazing but the steak was not as expected.
James did an amazing job and dealt with it straight away.
Overall a great experience- I understand that sometimes things are not as you expect but it's how the staff handle it that makes all the difference. Thanks for a great experience we will definitely be back.

The Restaurant & bar, and function rooms were well serviced.
Food options cater for all, fine dining area has table service. bar menu is a more relaxed atmosphere with fireplace to warm. Spacious and lots of areas for dining or relaxed seating for a drink or two.
The wines are extensive and the lolly room is a must see.
Function rooms upstairs are serviced well.
Restrooms are quite unique with clear glass cable doors transitions to frosted glasses when occupied. The hands free all in one basin is a bonus if your a germaphobic.

Great dinner, good wine, beautiful dining area! We had beef wellington, pork fillet & a side of fries.

Repeat dinner here but possibly the last time. Waitress spilled considerable amount of curry on my partners dress whilst leaning across the table to serve another dinner with us. Received a sorry from the waitress. Nothing from manager on duty. They sent a request for review which I provided and a direct email with no response to either. Obviously very little regard for their customers.
