We stayed here for 3 nights on business. A great place to stay. Our two bedroom cabin behind the pub was very comfortable, well appointed and sparklingly clean. All the staff from reception through the sports bar, bistro and cleaners were so happy, friendly and keen to help. Highly recommended.

Special for today was pork belly. This is not an exaggeration, the best I have ever eaten. Thank you settlers staff, that was brilliant.

Stopped into the Settlers on our roadtrip needing a decent meal and somewhere to relax. We were pleasantly surprised by this place and had a great experience. The manager was very kind and atmosphere was just what we needed. Will definitely be stopping when we pass through again!

The venue is clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and food is great value for price.

My husband and I stayed here again on Sunday night as we are in Biloela a few times a year as he delivers drag line rope to the mine. We are in a truck and being able to park it right out the front of our cabin is great.The food in the restaurant is very good. The staff in reception we have dealt with each visit have been so friendly and helpful . I'm looking forward to our next stay.

My wife booked us in for an overnight stay as a half way point driving from Airlie Beach to Brisbane.
I was not only impressed with the management and staff but also the quality of the meals and an eagerness to make sure we were looked after was above and beyond. As we were towing a boat we could leave it directly outside our cabin and we departed early in the morning for an easy drive home after resting in a great hotel.

Alas my company has booked me into other accommodation but I come to the Settlers' for my meals. The staff have made it a home away from home for me and the food is excellent as well as the staff catering to my keto tastes.

The Settlers Hotel has great staff, great food and great service. Staff generally greet you appon arrival whether it be accommodation or the bar

Extremely disappointed. Went in for lunch with the family and had to wait 40mins for our lunch. Which was fine but when 2 meals come out then 20 mins after another 2 then again 20mins 2 meals. Kids nuggets dry and hard. Dianne sauce we ordered 2, was disgusting actually inedible. Serving tables one or two people meals and then the rest of the table waits while another table is served is ridiculous. Serve meals together!
Burgers great, delicious, chips bit dry and calamari to was dry. Fish was great but kids meals a huge disappointment. Kids room was nothing but cushions for kids to throw when parents didn't care and a tv

Big thanks to the team at Settlers. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable and the restaurant is great. The staff were extremely helpful with organising early check-in to assist during a stressful family time.

Staff need to learn that gambling take priority over drinks. Was waiting to put my keno ticket on and my numbers came up while the bar tenders were stuffing around making cocktails. I just walked out.... food is overpriced and ordinary as well.

Food was great my only issue is chips where not hot. Staff are very friendly served by Lucy and also Tracey was very helpful friendly

I understand and accept that this pub does not have a dog friendly eating area, However when I asked if there was a pub in town that might I was told "I don't think there is but we can do you take away" we found a pub just up the road and had a lovely lunch and a couple of cold beers. There is a lot of dog lovers travelling now settler's maybe it's time to put aside a little space for us.

We had a good stay at Settlers Biloela. We stayed in a 2 bedroom cabin which was clean, tidy and value for money. The highlight was definently dinner, where the restaurant showed the goods with steak cooked to each of our likings.

Great location, great staff, ver clean rooms and surroundings. Undercover parking in front of rooms. Walking distance to the hotel for great food. ??'?

I had Chef's recommended lamp curry and it was very tasty and looks creative to me.

Even the lot of fried was enjoyable.

What a great Hotel. We booked in on our way from Charters Towers to Bundaberg. Never been here before but certainly will be back next time through . Staff are very courteous and observant. After having a few drinks and ordering room service I went next door to buy a bottle of red and walked through the bar on way to room . As I arrived at room a staff member was behind me with a couple of wine glasses for us . Now that's what I call 10 out of 10 service. Our meal was delivered on time and was beautiful.Thankyou, John and Kath .

Chefs were sighted sweating everywhere and wiping their brows on a teatowel flung over their shoulders. They want you to order on an app but there is not service in the pub. Go figure !

Food and as good though

Place looked great but water pump or something starts up every 5 to 10 minutes and vibrates through the room. Terrible had to stop for sleep on side of road before we could continue our journey. Very disappointed.

Ok, I'm a steak lover, and a wee bit picky with my steaks. These guys nailed it. Just every part. Cooked to perfection, tasty, and perfect sides. Not to mention fast service, hugggge screen to watch the footy. Honestly, after this experience I'm moving to Biloela. Best steak I've had in my life. Thanks so much!

The 300g steaks aren't 300g but the steak was tender and cooked as ordered. I would estimate the 300g porterhouse was approximately 200-225g (and no the difference is not due to the cooking process - it started out as a smaller cut). The schnitzels are also quite small. Overall the staff are friendly and the food is cooked properly, but it's pricey for a basic pub meal and the small portion sizes. Photo attached with 1 coke was just over $40.

Costing on the steak alone, having owned a restaurant for 10 years, would be approx $7-$8 but probably less for this venue taking into account alh group buying power.

We arrived and asked for the menue, which was only available on the phone,when uploading the app. What is wrong with a written menue,??? We considered walking out.. lucky you have very friendly and helpful staff. And the food was good . Apps will never replace people. Please reconsider your set up, if you want happy customers

We always come here for a lunch- amazing good size meals(burgers), but mainly dinner. Never had a problem with the meals. Always freshly made, good size meals. Staff are always friendly. We always recommend Settler's to our guests who stay in our park and always have good feedback😊. Price's are fair too.

$32.00 "Crispy Pork" was less crispy than my wife's leather handbag. Everything just horrible and not as advertised. You can see the piles of food ready to be re-heated, all the so called fresh food coming from the freezer. Go watch the food prep for five minutes before you buy.

Excellent service. Great value meals. We had seniors meals and they were like a full meal.

Just got takeaway had 400g rump, wife had crispy skin Salmon and my daughter had lemon rosemary chicken. Outstanding nothing wrong cooked to perfection excellent quality produce and excellent quality meat, chicken and fish. We just drove 6 hours and it was cooked to takeaway in 20 minutes. Lastly but not least friendly professional staff. Thank you very much.

My wife and I were having a wee road trip over New Year, we rocked up in Warwick QLD and headed to the Tourist Information centre, based on our needs and likes, we were highly recommended the Hotel Settlers as this was more of an "up market establishment" and we wouldn't be disappointed. We drove around without any advance booking, we met the delightful new owner and booked a nice king room. The Hotel Settlers was immaculate, our room was very clean and tidy even the bathroom, we had cocktails and evening meal there. We were looked after by owner and staff. It was a lovely experience and somewhere we would definitely return to.

Good service here, we had a great meal in the bistro. Room was quiet and tidy. I would stay here again if in Biloela. Room and food was value for money.

I travelled to Biloela in mid March of 2021 to attend the funeral of a member of our family. Along with quite a few fellow relatives, I stayed at the Hotel Settlers as the connection went back over 30 years of family events in Biloela. The Reception process was nice and friendly, the access to the room was simple and the room was comfortable.
Apart from a minor problem with a plumbing fixture, everything functioned as expected.
Our family groups dined there on a Friday and Saturday night and everyone enjoyed the opportunity to be together in an otherwise unhappy occasion.
The attention to service was appreciated by all in our group.

Great place to stay (rooms are very sound proof - motel was full, yet didn't hear any noise at all), staff are friendly and welcoming. Meals were great.

Cant thank the team at Settlers enough for looking after us while stuck in town due to mechanical problems. Nothing was a problem and even drove to get a hire car. Well managed, great food at neighbouring restaurant, and modern room with all the bells and whistles. Highly recommended

Caught up with ex students for dinner on night NRL Final was on. We were put on a table away from the TV fans, so game had little impact on our dinner (thank you to whoever placed us there). I had pumpkin salad which was absolutely delicious. My 2 Brisbane friends had chicken dish and pasta dish and said they were delicious as well. Great atmosphere, super friendly staff and range of wine.

Avoid. Better food in town.Very ordinary service and zero country hospitality.Food was 20% more expensive than acceptable.They need to be reminded that covid isn't in Biloela.

The Hotel Settlers is a great place to stay. The rooms are very clean & tidy. The meals in the restaurant are 100% delicious . During my time staying there for work I tried various meals from the menus & highly recommend trying anything off the menus. 5 stars
