Service was good and friendly. No cider on tap. My salmon was a little overcooked, and the wife's parma had a tomato paste rather than a bolognaise sauce. S&P calamari entree was nice. Overall, it was an enjoyable night out.

Went for my daughters birthday, they took the cake and when they brought it out it was on a beautiful platter with the candles lit and they all sung happy birthday to her. We had a great night, great food and super fun at the trivia.

We came in with only 15 mins to spare before end of service. Ashleigh was amazing - she didn't make a fuss she took our order checked in on us to make sure we were good. Just so friendly and attentive never made us feel rushed it was such a pleasant experience. Even after the kitchen service had ended Ashleigh made us a desert!!! We went there on Father's Day, and obviously it was at capacity. However, the staff were bright and happy, and very polite. The meals were delivered in a timely manner, and the food was brilliant. A big ask on such a busy day. The staff who worked the tables get a special mention, the were fantastic! Keeps me coming back, thank you Hotel 520!

Had my mum's 50th birthday at Hotel 520 and their service was amazing. Julie, Jen and the team catered for all our needs and request.

The place offered many add ons including table set up, plinth, projector, balloon ring and anything you'll need for a party.

The food was abundant and tasted delicious!

The staff here is amazing. Had a tiny wedding ceremony at this location and the staff went out of their way to make it so special. They decorated the room and made up special menus and signs that made everything so personalized.They served us a fantastic 3 course meal with champange and mixed drinks. The servers and hosts were so kind and accommodating. The food was very good and the venue was perfect. I wish that i could give them 6 stars!!!!

We go to the once a month dinner dance held on a Wednesday. Great band and atmosphere but the food is way below par.

First time dining here, won't be the last. Family dinner was freakin Amaaaazing. We all enjoyed our meals. I ordered the Lamb Shanks and let me tell you - the meat was falling off the bone, the same way I'd cook it and just the way I Lurvvv it. OMG it was a battle to finish it, but gawd dam - I finished it. We'll be back.

Very nice place to go for lunch or dinner we went for lunch. Great meals, great cocktails and very reasonable price. The staff are lovley,friendly and very fast service.

Came here to take my mum for lunch and was impressed by price especially for seniors was very reasonable, atmosphere is good, food is very nice. Definitely value for money. Service is also friendly and prompt. Definitely will be back.

Pathetic from the kitchen side, the inflexible attitude did not allow for allergy changes to the menu. Instead the meal I was forced to take had to be sent back. I ordered a steak medium and it was presented to me, well done. I sent it back to the kitchen and then the steak I got back was partially raw. The fat on the side of the steak was not rendered, it appears to have been broiled at some point in the process. The service staff did their best. They were let down by the kitchen. The bar staff did really well, especially in terms of the patience of the team teaching the new staff member, that was great to see. Kitchen don't let down the team on the floor!

I am giving them 5/5 rating and I highly recommend this as an event venue especially to those who live in the West. The venue is very spacious. Our guests loved the food. All staff are professional and very friendly. Very organized and the venue hire itself is affordable. They also have a photobooth that you can hire which our guests enjoyed so much. Special thanks to Jennie and Julie who helped us organize our event.

What a unprofessional security guard. The automatic sanitiser was finished, tried second manual one which was finished as well. I informed security guard and his response was DON'T WORRY in a very rude tone. I told him that need to be filled. As I walked towards my car he yelled at me and told me to talk to the manager. While I was talking to her he was still yelling on background.

Very enjoyable place,food was lovely, staff friendly and efficient, good menu choices, seniors menu could do with a vegetarian option , but there were plenty of options for vegetarians in the main menu. Enjoyable

We were a medium sized group around 15 adults and all meals came at the same time.
The main served 2 good size of meat or fish.
Garlic bread had fresh garlic flavour & cheesy crust☆5
Avocado chicken risotto was light creamy taste and rice was cooked soft to my liking😋 Good portion to share with others. ☆4
The fish on special had no seasoning but the tartar sauce was good.☆2
Lemon lime bitter needs more bitter and less cordial. It was syrupy and too sweet in the small tall glass.☆2

Have had good meals here at 520. Service delivery is fantastic. Meals are a good size and won't break ones budget.
I would book in advance, as it can become really busy. Fun environment, however if full, it can be loud.

Very pricey for drinks. $6.00 for a 330ml bottle of Coca-cola, I could swear they are trying to encourage you to buy alcohol. I did check price of same bottles at Woolies $5.50 for a 4 pack of same product. Massive mark-up.

Beautiful venue and lovely staff, all of who are very welcoming and accommodating.
Had my daughters 18th in the main function room, and although only a small crowd, Leoni ensured she still had a beautiful set up. Also had my other daughters 19th family dinner in the lounge, and again a beautiful set up and food was great at both functions. Highly recommend this venue.

Meals were inedible, ordered fish and steak, after one mouthful, we decided to leave, as the meals were that bad, no flavour at all, fish was borderline dodgy and steak had no flavour at all, salad was dry, no dressing, no floor staff asked if our meals were ok, proceeded to counter, when asked about the meals, we were honest, the staff member went to our table, to inspect meals, was very obvious nothing had been eaten, floor manager only was concerned with the fish,and gave this meal for free, but still made me pay full price for the steak, even though that too was not eaten, was happy to pay something, but feel its very unfair to be charged for a $40 steak that I did not eat. When I mentioned that the salad was dry, I was told I should have used the small bottle of dressing on the tables which I honestly did not see, oh so $40 for a salad then, which I did not eat either. Very dissapointing, will definitely not be back. Money for nothing basically.

Beautiful place, very social, trivia on Thursday nights is so much fun.Customer Service was amazing, they were very attentive to our needs.Sadly the food is not up to scratch. Steak was extremely chewy and very hard to cut even with a steak knife and overcooked, marinara was very plain, like it was made from a frozen mix, very chewy, carbonara was okay. cheesy garlic bread was the best part of the food.$180 for 3 people; 3 mains, 6 drinks, 1 side and 2 desserts, for a pub/bar, it's extremely expensive.But we will be coming back for trivia on Thursday nights. 7pm sign up, 7.30pm start time.Completely free, $50 voucher for second place, $100 for 1st.We will just be having some cheesy garlic bread next time.
