Excellent service and food. All the staff that we encountered were kind and helpful. Interacted incredibly with our kids and our lad even won a prize for kids night. The RSL smashie burger was tasty and the grilled chicken was cooked perfeclty, even right towards the end of the dinner hours there was no fault to any of the food. Thankyou to the team who were a delight in our first interaction with the town of Horsham.

One of the most disappointing experiences I've had.

From the moment we arrived, the service was rude and unwelcoming. The staff member, Beth, came across as dismissive and made it clear we were not exactly welcome there. It didn't feel like a place that is comfortable or friendly for families, especially with kids.

We also noticed there was no real sense of hospitality towards children near the playground area, which made the whole visit feel quite uncomfortable rather than relaxed.

The food was very average and didn't make up for the experience at all.

We left earlier than planned and won't be returning. There are plenty of other places where you feel welcome and actually enjoy your time.

Not kid friendly despite having a kids playground and jumping castle. Food just ok. Some staff were lovely and some were old and mean. Whose name was Beth

Lovely to see specials are for the kids as well. Unwind with a meal with staff who is very helpful.

The mango mousse was surprisingly good. Would have bought another if it was to go . Friendly service and clean staff was amazing 😀
