My bar at the Hilton serves up quality food, friendly service, and a lively weekend vibe, great spot for a meal and a drink. We dropped in on a busy Saturday night with a group of four and lucked out getting a table thanks to a no-show, and we're glad we did.
Food (4.5/5):
We ordered two poke bowls, a chicken schnitzel with surf and turf, and a chicken parmigiana. Every dish was spot on. The poke bowls were especially good... fresh, vibrant and full of flavour. The mains were generous and nicely cooked, really solid pub-style meals done well.
Service (4.5/5):
Despite the rush, the staff were friendly, attentive, and kept things running smoothly. You could tell they were busy, but they still made time for everyone.
Atmosphere (4/5):
Good buzz and energy, typical of a popular weekend spot. It was pretty loud, but not unbearable, just lively.
Overall:
Great food, great service, and a fun vibe. Perfect for a relaxed night out with friends or family if you don't mind a bit of background noise.
