We stopped here for 4 nights. This is a great location. A round of golf is included in your site fees /night unpowered. Course is a bit rough, but ok for a game while on holidays. Fishing was great. Netted area for swimming.

Villa was quite old, although clean. Kitchen was inadequate for 2 people (advertised as capable for catering to 6), no microwave or working toaster. No hot water, in the shower it was lukewarm at best. Also advertised as having a washing machine which there was not.

Golf course isn't maintained well, long grass all the time. Sand bunkers are covered in weeds. The units are atrocious, dated back to the 60s and never been touched.
Staff are very rude to customers. Have witnessed them shouting and swearing at customers. Alcohol is way overpriced! paid for a 6 pack of great Northern. bar and inside area is messy and dirty as well as outside. Do not trust the food.

Not much pride takin in this place. I see a lot of potential, if only they didn't have it as a tax write off :(

We weren't greeted. We were instructed over the phone which for a cheap place would be ok. We weren't allowed to use the toilets or showers. That's for the regular people only. But the worse thing was. We were told to park in between two coconut palms filled with coconuts that started falling as soon as the wind picked up. I had to move my van twice because of the falling coconuts. The first one fell as I was setting up about six feet behind me. They didn't even warn us about the potential danger. In fact I believe there's a neglect there of duty of care. Law suit just waiting to happen. It has a nice location but fifteen minutes away is Cape Hillsborough a much nicer park for similar money but with no discrimination of who gets to the amenities. Definitely a never return spot for us. There's other camps nearby with similar outlooks.

Location was great, service was great
But the rooms... really? Wasn't clean, beds sheets had stains, no shampoo, nothing
Just towels and extra sheets
Someone's fire alarm kept going off all night. I really wasn't impressed, we went home early have come home with so many bites on us aswell so we are thinking bed bugs.
If you're going to have rooms, ask yourself would you sleep in it? If not don't check k people in.

WENT TO THE DOCTORS CAN CONFIRM ITS BED BUGS WOULD NOT SLEEP HERE, calling back in the morning for refund!!!
