Stayed for one night in one of the one bedroom villas.

VERY DISAPPOINTING! It's labelled as air conditioned but in fact the bedroom isn't. The fan barely works and the room reeks of cigarette smoke - which I can't remove due to the fan not working. I booked for myself and my children but the kids beds completely bare. Had to find the linen in the main bedroom. Washing machine is stupid loud and doesn't wash clothes properly. Labelled as having garden views - I would hardly call them garden views. Should have paid more and gone to cape Hillsborough instead.

We stayed with friends in our caravan in the unpowered section of the RV park and loved the location, the golf course was fantastic and a challenge for us social golfers. The restaurant and bar is open Friday and Saturday nights from 4pm for happy hour drinks and our meals were delicious and on time. We pre ordered our meals for Saturday night on the Friday and they were served on time so we were all very happy. Definitely recommend the food and location.

Honestly we were really disappointed. The images shown online are far from what we found when we arrived at our cabin.
We found it really difficult to figure out how to get in and find a reception area. There is a sign but you have to wander through the caravan area to find the bar.
The area itself is beautiful, the grounds and golf course seemed to be really well maintained.
I\'m not sure how the cabin/accommodations work as I was told that a lot are individually owned but ours could barely lock, we had to shake the daylights out the door and manually pull the lock in and out several times before we could get it to lock.
The kids \'beds\' were a tiny Murphy style bunk that they would have had to be lifted up on to.
The beds were not made so we had to find sheets in the main room and make them ourselves.
There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom area so we had to leave all doors and windows open to keep the steam down. Most times that would probably be fine but it was quite cold there this week. There was one tiny soap so if you didn\'t have your own you\'d all be using the same small decorative soap.
It could be absolutely incredible, Tina was lovely and the space has so much potential. I feel if we were camping or caravanning it might have been a different experience.

We had a beachfront caravan powered site with water
Cost of $55 @ night is toward the top end but worth it for location
Public toilets about 400metres away, none on site.
A round of golf per day included for any golfers, only 9 holes but different tees so u can play 18.
We didn't stay in rooms, but they do look a bit run down, pity the place needs heaps of TLC, but at a huge cost I would say to get it to a good level.
Tina was helpful and friendly each time we spoke with her.
Hope they can get an input of funds to update, this place could be amazing

We stayed in the caravan park, our second time here. This park seems to attract family orientated people and grey nomads, we pretty much could leave your gear out and go for a walk on the beach, and it would still be there when you back. Kids could ride their bikes around and all were aware of them. A very peaceful park, with no late night revellers.
It was full, but not over crowded over Easter and we met some lovely people.
Tina ( owner), was very accommodating and easy to speak to.
Grounds are well kept and the golf course is pretty good too.
Price wise, for power and water hook up, it\'s good value.
Being self contained is a must, as the toilet block is locked when owners leave. There are public loos 400m down the road.
