Medium/rare steak came out well done and had to ask waitress where our meals were.
Salad was grated carrot and 7 pieces of Woolworths washed bag broad leaf. Chips were nice.
Disappointing meal again, but it was for a birthday celebration.
Bar staff were impeccable, wait staff were polite juniors.

To its credit, the waitresses were quite friendly. All of them--from being seated, to ordering food and drinks--were a pleasure to deal with. That's the only reason I'm giving 2 stars over 1.

The food was genuinely terrible. My partner had a pulled pork dish which was so awful that it was inedible. They put way too much sugar in it. It tasted like a dessert. I order a beef schnitzel with vegetables. The vegetables were over- cooked and utterly flavourless without any salt. The gravy was obviously gravox or something out of a packet. The beef was cooked in old oil so came out dark brown; it also was barely seasoned. The meat itself tasted like when you microwave meat too long.

Honestly, avoid eating here at all costs. You get what you pay for. But if you just want a cheap drink and the pokies, it will suffice.

We ordered a very yummy plant based burger, steak sandwich and a kids fish and chips. Giving low stars because there was bones in the kids fish and we had to follow the staff up for the kids icecream. Not much interaction or acknowledgement from the staff.
But has a great outdoor kids area when it isn't littered.

Update: went again for lunch and the plant based burger was a veggie patty this time, still alright, but the plant based burger was way yummier!

Pub atmosphere, clean bright and welcoming. Food presentation very good, however our main meals were not hot. Menu wording needs to be checked as false advertising. Chef's Menu board states- senior cake of the day or ice-cream for $3.50. However, the menu says " SENIORS (meals) All 12.95
Add - garlic bread or dessert for 3.50

Very average. Most of my mushroom sauce was actually a potato in the sauce. Steak seemed small for 200g and was almost cold. The 3 mouthfuls of salad was drenched in dressing. Chips were nice.

The food was amazing, the staff were great and the Chef was very helpful and very knowledgeable. I was very disappointed that the range of gluten free food was very limited but after speaking with the Chef, he made me the most amazing meal. The portion sizes were big, the prices were good and the food was awesome. Highly recommended

Called into the Grenada Tavern bistro to catch up with and have a feed with my son. Very busy, but enough extremely friendly staff to deal with it. The food was very reasonably priced, with a $12 & $15 menu, and a good variety to choose from. The food was delivered in good time and was delicious. My only beef is that on a cold evening as it was, the main doors into the venue, being large automated sliders, allowed a lot of cold air each time they opened.
They appear to have nightly competitions to keep the punters coming and entertained. Lots of parking.
Can't speak for the rest of the venue, but the bistro is definitely worth a visit for a cheap but tasty feed and an entertaining atmosphere.

This place has definitely lost its rough and tumble reputation! Showed up for a birthday party and there was a room full of retirees dressed up in their 60's gear pretending they could still rock n roll to a bloke with a guitar singing horribly and really loud. The spicy parmy was bloody good though.

They have good priced Seniors meals, and from what I could see, they looked good. The eaters ate all on their plate, so they must have been good.
There were 4 of us, and all had different meals.
They were all very nice.
Good service at the bar and from the kitchen.
Overall, it was a great place to have a good priced meal.

I had a fantastic steak, medium was cooked to perfection and the creamy garlic prawns as a top would have been just as nice as the other main I was considering, it was a generous serve with a nice side of salad & chips, very yummy

Enjoyed the meals at the tavern. Swiss chicken was very very tasty. Sweets were a special .
Spacious environment made it really pleasant evening. Staff were tops.

I took my group of about 20 elderly and disabled clients here the other day. The venue we had planned on going to cancelled so we decided to go to the Grenada instead. This isn't the first time this has happened, and this has become our go-to contingency plan when we need somewhere for lunch.

This venue has always left us happy. They handle the size of our group really well, which is important. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The food has always been excellent. The prices are very reasonable and we appreciate the senior's menu. Mostly it's their ability to accommodate us at such short notice that has always impressed me. All of my clients have been very happy with their meals and the service with no complaints, which is great for my business too.

Had a beautiful bar meal of Garlic Prawns absolutely beautiful. Don't usually have it but am very pleased l did. Hubby had a schnitzel and chips he loved it. Never had a bad meal here yet. Love love it.

We took my mum out for lunch at the Granada the Staff were very welcoming and quick with their service . The meals were great and only $9.95 with a seniors card . Three good meals for under $30 where else could you get that! Will definitely be going back . Well done Granada Tavern.

Great service by the floor staff, good food and reasonable prices. Dining area is huge and also has a stage for live shows. Senior's specials are fantastic, $9.95 for a main and $2.50 for the dessert of the day. Picture is of the senior's roast of the day!

Clean, functional with food that can best be defined as extremely basic.
If you need to eat or want a drink, it's ok.
But don't expect more than you could cook yourself at home.

Great service and really nice bar staff and people at this venue, would definitely recommend going there for a nice family pub feed or a quiet beer after work.
