Play Pokies at Glenelg Pier Hotel in Glenelg

Had no hot water over night reception are useless and the phones go unanswered couldn\'t even order breakfast. No staff for room service. But go down stairs and the game room and dining room people are awesome!!! Maybe some decent hotel staff is required.

Nice place, rooms are great nothing missing. Pier hotel bar is really good all meals have been great so far. Breakfast order the muesli it's my new favourite meal??"?. Only gave it 4 stars because the shower is slippery be mindful I almost died 😂

We had a great time watching the World Cup. Great food and atmosphere. It was busy with only one staff member on but she was working very hard. We shared the fish and chips as it was such a big portion.

Don't bother. Absolutely horrendous service here on Mothers Day. Staff were rude and incredibly slow. 30 minutes to take our order and then after waiting nearly another hour and a half for our food were told they had lost our docket and there was no food coming. We left incredibly disappointed and without food. Barely an apology just a manager who came over to say "I don't know what happened". We will never return. Staff paid more attention to re - setting tables than to the patrons sitting in the venue.

Great location. We arrived early and had two rooms booked for a group of 6 and luckily enough one was ready so could stop our bags and pop out for lunch. Looks like it's going to be a great trip and stay.
