Traveling by bicycle from Sydney to Darwin and for my first time in the desert I found this fabulous roadhouse of mine where I stopped to rest waiting for the bad weather. for a traveler by bicycle it is very important to find a place to rest well and be pampered both by the staff and by the comfort of the rooms. everything went perfectly! clean and tidy, spacious room. I stopped to eat several times and the food was delicious all in front of the warmth of the fire and the owners who were super kind and welcoming towards me from the start! as a foreigner coming from Italy, this roadhouse exceeded my expectations and experiencing the trip in the desert I consider it an unforgettable experience! I will keep these moments with me as I cycle towards Darwin! thank you so much Chris and Tina 🙏🏼

It is a country pub on the Stuart Hwy with camping available and motel rooms. The food is really good, drinks are cold, the prices good. There is no potable water but this is not unusual in outback locations. There is bore water but it is not drinkable. So fine for showering and Toilets.

I pulled into Glendambo with the intention of camping but it was too windy, and I was a bit tired. Lucky enough to get one of the newly renovated budget rooms. They're plain, but freshly tiled and painted, new linen on the bed. Very roomy. Very clean. Bed was comfortable. Had dinner at the pub, a good sirloin, cooked perfectly. Staff are very helpful and friendly All in all, a great experience. Truly Outback. The sunsets are stunning.

Super friendly, rooms up dated and clean. Meals were huge and delicious 😋 amazing sunset. Well done Guys tge place is looking very inviting!
