Very happy with the service, everyone was lovely and very accommodating when we had to shift tables due to having someone in a wheelchair. The amount of Parmas is AWESOME! We all want to come back for our next birthday dinner/lunch. Thank you to all the staff.

We haven't been to this pub for over 20 years. Today we went for Father's Day. It was the best experience we have ever had at a pub. Orders for food and wine were efficiently taken at the table. Drinks and food appeared quickly and correctly. The food was absolutely awesome. And they were very accommodating for my 94 year old dad who had a special diet. The service was excellent. Thank you Vanessa for your service! Best pub we have been to for many years. Recommended highly.

Had lunch today for my son's birthday. Served by Claudine and she was friendly and professional. Food was great. Service was quick. I loved the table service. We went into the pokies and did ok. Will be back. Thank you 😊

Good location and nice staff, a few years back they had a huge facelift and it still feels fresh. There is a pokies, a restaurant, a TAB & a beer garden/bar that is really cool. I just wish they had beer specials like their two closest competitors as they have the most expensive schooners in the area. But the beer garden is definitely worth checking out

As a good tab bar customer, I usually spend well in the places I go. I have been to this bar before. Since there were only 3 customers inside and no one was watching TV, I asked for the Fox TV channel to be changed. Not only did they not change it, there was also a very rude female bar staff. She put me off this place with her rude responses to my politeness. The food and other staff were good, but such good bars should not employ such people.

Food is good to great. The table service is appalling. Customers NOT allowed to get your own drink from the bar.. it IS a hotel after all. Wait staff take your drink order ( if you're lucky) and you may see your order in the next 10 mins...again if you're lucky
Last night drinks too closer to 15. Had to ask many times for table water.
The service set needs to be streamlined/ overhauled.
