My review is for the amazing courtesy bus driver Dave!!! He was an absolute blessing throughout our visit and got us to and from where we needed to go. He was super friendly and great to deal with. 5 STARS FOR DAVE!!!

Great spot for a feed and drink. Dropped in for late lunch. Has the miss piggy burger, was brilliant. Atmosphere was great and service was quick. Will go again.

Lunch on a rainy day. Pretty venue, food was tasty, but staff need training. We ordered a Vietnamese beef salad and a pasta. We requested salad to come first with share plates, pasta to come put separately as a "main"
The salad came out, no share plates, no cutlery to serve with, asked to share, girl brought 1 plate not 2, still no serving cutlery. Moments later out came pasta, 1 plate no serving utensils. She expected us to eat out of the salad bowl as our extra dish. I asked if the pasta could be kept under the lamp whilst we ate the salad. She rolled her eyes and took the pasta away, she was never to be seen again. We had to collect it ourselves when we had finished the salad.

Needed somewhere cheap to stay and found this little gem tucked away.

The service from the girls behind the bar was impeccable, even on a very busy Friday night. Well done!

The Food was delicious and served hot and fresh. I had a Chicken Schnitzel with Chips, Homemade Slaw and Diane Sauce. Would definitely recommend a meal here.

The Room was comfortable and adequate for a solo traveller like myself. There were two single beds and the one I slept in was comfortable and I slept like a log. The linen was clean and fresh.

My only issue with the room was the lack of air conditioning, however it wasn't a hot or particularly warm day (for me anyway) and the night was cool so the ceiling fan and the window slightly open was more than enough. Summer might be a different story. There were also a few cobwebs in the corners but I didn't see any freeloaders (Spiders).

The Shower in the men's toilets down the corridor was also cold however given there was only one shower cubicle, I'm wondering if a few people had used it before me and the hot water hadn't warmed up again.

Would definitely come here again.

We went here while staying at the Lake Sommerset Caravan Park this week.
One of the best steaks I have ever had in my life!!! Such beautifully cooked food!
The staff were great as well as friendly and really knew what they were doing!
Donna drove us on the courtesy bus, and she's the boss!
