Called in for what we thought would be a cold beer!! Beer was hot and had a funny taste. We returned the beer after paying $17 for 2 pints. Let the lady know, but she's was not interested, we changed to JD stubbies and paid again $22

My partner and I have been going to the Empire hotel for after work drinks on a Friday the last couple of weeks. Always greeted with a smile and quick chat by Lisa (which is very rare these days at other pubs) The sports area and gaming room are absolutely clean no sticky tables or empty glasses left laying around. All staff are always keeping busy even cleaning the glass doors and windows instead of standing around not wanting to work. The customer service is definitely a 10/10 . A big thank you to the manager Tony , Lisa and other staff member..

I have been there today with my family at 4pm. The customer service by the guy and lady was brilliant, 10 outta 10.They are super nice and helpful. Highly recommend hotel. Thanks Empire

Stayed last night at the Empire. So lovely to see a welcoming smile on arrival. The hotel was spotless. And my husband and I had the best night sleep. Beds are very comfortable. Great location for a early morning appointment in Adelaide. Very friendly and welcoming venue Manager. Thank you Tony.

Great place to stay and relax, not very busy on a Monday night; which is good as i'm from the country. Friendly staff and good customer service. The rooms are small but very home like. I would recommend to stay here especially if it's close to an area you might be on holiday or work for.
