Absolutely amazing food. The best surf and turf We have ever had. Compliments to the chef. $15. Bloody fantastic.

Had lunch with my partner at the pub over East they were a little bit slow on serving and delivering food to tabled. They need to pick up their act or they are going to lose customers.

Extremely disappointing experience. We waited over an hour for most of our meals, and there appeared to be inconsistent pricing for the exact same meal. Hygiene and presentation standards were also concerning - staff were walking through the kitchen with their hair unsecured, and one chef's shirt did not properly cover their exposed stomach while preparing food. Overall, the service and professionalism did not meet expectations.

East End hotel has a front bar called Cutters which is mainly full of locals and called Cutters with the entrance on Ann Street. There is also the Sugar Reef Bistro which has its entrance on Princess Street. It has very basic decor and is quite sterile. The food took almost an hour to come out and when chased, the excuse was that there was a new chef. We had the 300gram Rump Steak which was ok, same as their steak sandwich along with the garlic prawns, even though there were plenty of prawns, it was bland and very average. We won't be rushing back anytime soon.
