Garlic bread was not cut ? Mash potato was over cooked ? Asked for medium rare to medium but received more rare as I got halfway through. Not happy, has happened the last few times. Could be bad luck.

This is review is solely about the food challenge: 2.5 kg chicken parmi.
3 person attempted this challenge together but one was over 3kg. Which was an extreme inconsistency on the part of the kitchen.
One was exactly at 2.5kg and the third one was 2.6kg.
The salad was fresh but the dressing was super sour. Had to wait for the food to cool for safety and that took over 10 mins. Was not allowed to cut the parmi into small pieces to cool it down which cause the chips to get soggy later.
Parmi was decent ..there were 6? Or 5 pieces of 1 inch thick chook breast tenders. Most were moist expect one was pretty dry. Reminded me a lot of zinger. The ham and cheese were pretty tasty.
In the end 2 didn\'t finish in the 30 mins and one completed N broke the record.
