We had dinner at their Graziers Steakhouse. The menu was great, food was delicious and the staff were absolutely lovely. Now heading back to our room which looks beautiful and super comfy. We will be back for sure!

Let's face the facts, when traveling for business all we want is clean rooms, functional furniture and televisions, a desk to catch up on the days emails etc, some peace and quiet and good food.
If you want 6 star luxury then don't book a Night Cap, but if you want clean and friendly with good food then this is the place in Townsville.
There is always room for improvement, but overall, good stay.

Stayed for two nights to attend a Christmas function. Decided to try a different accomodation venue this time. Have heard of the recent renovations and was looking forward to the stay.
Rooms where excellently serviced and well presented.
Ricki who served us in the restaurant went above and beyond what was expected of her to meet our needs with our group of 17 at late notice. Her devotion, customer care and bubbly nature to her patrons should be recognised. Thanks Ricky and Dalrymple hotel staff

Had dinner here in the restaurant tonight and it was the worst meal I have ever had here. Told waitress such as they finally came to clear our plates and she could not of cared less. Had same meal here 2 weeks ago and was absolutely beautiful, but tonight terrible!! Very little meat and sour cream, tube avocado which was not edible and a bowl of majority burnt corn chips!!! Not again, lost my business! Bring back Peter!!!!!! He knew his customer service!

Had to stay here last minute in a tough situation, used the last of my $$ for the room deposit and was assured multiple times the refund would be done first thing in the morning (I had an early flight) after 3 days the refund was still not in my account so I rang up and they had not even processed it yet. Now that it's almost the weekend I will have to wait until at least Monday for the deposit to be returned.
They required my card details again too so if I had not of rang they would have never of processed it. And no one had attempted to contact me about it either.
Was a nice hotel but I feel there's either a lack of communication between night and day staff or they'd just rather keep people's deposits and profit from it.
