Play Pokies at The Croxton in Thornbury

Upon inspection, it say 10 am till 4am and yet they are closed at 12:24 am on a Friday. This is ridiculous. This place should be ashamed of themselves. My homegirl wanted to play the pokies for the first time and she was let down. All I wanted to do was supply her with a beautiful time and this place would not deliver.

The chicken parmy is very good sized meal with fresh chicken that\'s very filling. Nice salad with dressing and crunchy chips. Good value on Thursday when they are $15 with a variety of toppings available. Highly recommend for good pub meal that\'s like home cooked especially for those like me who travel for work often.

Friendly and helpful staff who treat you with proper customer service. Will happily return each melbourne trip.

It was so smooth and toppings were amazing as well. Nice place for a meal and calm vibes all around 😌

The staff were very friendly though in my opinion the food was average and the venue had absolutely no atmosphere to speak of. Dark and dingy and the parma lacked any type of sauce and resultantly was quite dry. We selected the spot due to its kids area and it was essentially its only redeeming feature

We arrived a few min before the bistro was due to close the staff were polite and helpful they took our order
We had a seniors Parma that I must say was huge
We had a Parma even bigger and a schnitzel again huge and I had the steak medium and it arrived just as ordered was a good steak
Chips were great and so were the vegetables and salad all in all a great experience will recommend to try
