Had a great stay. Service was exceptional with staff going the extra mile to advise and assist me. As a member, rates are very reasonable and the rooms were spotless and very comfortable.
Great pool too and all the facilities you could possibly need are accessible and high quality.
It's a little way out of town but there are shuttles if required.
Highly recommend if you're visiting Alice Springs.

Only called in for dinner during our stay in the Alice. It was ok but some of the casino is showing its age. Some of it just needs a good clean while other parts need replacing. The menu was nothing to rave about as was the quality of the meal its self. Although there was live music people just didn't seem to hang around. Why I'm not sure. On the other hand the place is worth a visit if only to tick it off your Alice visit.

I had an amazing stay at the Crowne Plaza in Alice Springs while attending a course in May. The staff were lovely and polite, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, and the dining at Tali Restaurant was superb, with diverse breakfast options.

Love the place. The staff and environment were welcoming and best thing they have a nice sofa where the kids can wait while checking. My son were not yell at (as been other hotels) for lying on the sofa. The room entry was near to the entrance and as we enter the room it was a pleasant feelings
The room where cleaned bright and mo trace of dust. The shower was well organised with all the cleaning stuff for the body. The bed were comfy and no bugs smell or dust. We both stayed in the room without itching.

The best part was the square shower head which my son loved and the hot spa. We spent about 2 hrs up there and they let us stay for another hour .

2nd stay end of April till 3 Rd may. The service was nice. I couldn't make my decision about room and ask for mountain view and top floor and she did it. Upon arrival.meet her at reception.thwy also provided the heater again

Rooms are just simple. Clean and tidy. Staff friendly. Site is not as secure as expected. Even though access cards are needed to get to doors to rooms all ground rooms open to grassed area that anyone can access at anytime.

Offer chargeback for all meals at the casino which is handy.

Pool is heated and the spa is a nice temperature.

Facilities clean.
