We came here today for fries but where surprised with vegan options! As Wedensday is Schnitzel Day, we got a vegan Schnitzel with fries and tomato sauce! 19$ instead of 27$, loved it. Came on lunchtime
The staff has been honest and great with us and helped us with everything, super lovely! Music not too loud -yay! street not too loud either. Food 10/10 delicious! We loved it! And a big portion! Can recommend and would come back!

Maybe next time they offer a vegan option for the topping as well? Vegan tomato sauce & vegan cheese would be awesome. But Austrian Style Schnitzel works always well of course 😃

I found this place which is down the road from the Franklin very lively drinks flowing and locals and bar staff love to have a chat, music. Pool table all in all we had a great pit stop here in cowell Cheers Commercial!!!

Lovely meal. A mixture of pub classics and some chef falir. Great service. Lovely staff. Pleasant country pub in the off season. Recommended.

Room upstairs in the pub was freezing, slept fully clothed in a double fleece under the summerweight duvet and extra blanket provided, and woke at 4am chilled. Not really their core business.

Friday night dinner - thankful we booked a table in advance, the place was full. Friendly service from staff. They had the fire on and the place was nice and toasty. It didn't take long for the meals to come out. The meals were quite pricey but they did not disappoint and definitely got our moneys worth! Large in size, out quickly and freshly cooked! Once we were finished the staff were quick to clear our tables. Very happy with the service and meals we received.

While passing through back to Port Lincoln we decided to have lunch, greeted by a lovely staff member, made us feel welcome then played poker machine while waiting for lunch.

We went into dining room waited for some time no staff in sight except the manager on his laptop, anyway we decided to leave, unfortunately had to return as nothing was open.
We ordered seafood baskets at $45 each disappointing, the basket consisted of mainly chips with undercooked calamari 2 dry extremely small pieces of whiting then the smallest prawns on the side, salad consisted of a few leaves half a cherry tomato and quarter of slice cucumber

The woman serving in the front bar was also severing in the dining room disgusting treatment from management, I appreciate her service remaining polite and respectful under the circumstances

We come through regularly and have noticed a big decline
