Never had a bad meal and service with a smile

We come here every Friday. Their Friday night deal (2 for 1) by 6pm had run out of fish. (Opening hours 5.30pm) Never happened before and we have been going for a 1 year. Decided to get fish on the menu instead. Not a good choice.n They just had a menu change and value for money was very poor. We are looking at changing our Friday venue to a different sporting club.

We had a group of around 20 people who went there for lunch & a drink or two. Service was good both at the bar & the restaurant. We all enjoyed ourselves whilst we were there...

Had the fish and chips special on 25 October and unlike the previous week it was over cooked with hard crumb exterior and a sliver of fish inside. Informed the waitress who said sheu2019d tell the chef.

A group of us went there on the 12th August after the fun run at cleveland very disappointing food was cold for the majority of the group no toast on the big breakfast the coffee was weak and luke warm nAlso service was poor i realise there was a lot of people there that day but that is no excusenAs a group we visit crackerjack regularly and previously was very happy with everything I believe we should let you know as this will affect your business when people stop coming
