Visited here about a week or 2 weeks ago, I had ordered 2 chicken parmys. 1 was an original while 1 had garlic prawn sauce on it. When finally finding the ordering station which is located outside infront of the jumping pillow, we were met to see one of the workers just sitting down on her phone not even interacting with us, shows poor customer service. As my mum had gone to order drinks whilst I stayed at the table incase the food was handed to us. The bar tender was meant to be using tongs when it came to picking up lemons and limes for drinks, yet she used her bare hands. The food was bland, I got half way through my parmy just to find a strand of black hair within the batter. The hair strand was black, my hair is brown and my mums hair is dyed red. I wasn't very pleased to find a strand of hair in my lunch. I do hospitality myself and the chips were clear as all day by the taste that they have been fried in old oil. The atmosphere of the place was okay, it just looked a bit run down, the food really needs a pop to it, made correctly and not incorrectly. If it was undercooked I couldve even harmed my unborn child, I was 29 weeks at the time of my visit. The servicing really needs to high improvement. The management team really need to up their game and train all their stuff on how to be polite to the guests/customers as well as following up on what cross contamination really is, cause that hair is unbelievable. If there ever is to have improvement done with this place I'd happily return and try again, all places take time when under new companies..
