We had a surprise 60th with approx 30 guests on the outdoor dining area. Georgia organised everything for me including food platter suggestions. Her staff set up the tables for us and organised a timely delivery of food throughout the evening. Food was beautiful and bar service was great too, we had an open bar option. Georgia was great to work with, very pleasant manner and even found some time during her busy night to come and say hi and check that I was happy with everything. Thank you Bluewater, happy to recommend 😊

Lovely dinner experience. Our meals arrived before the expected time and it was thoroughly enjoyed by 7 people. Glad we made a booking as it was pretty busy. The Thursday night special was a bonus. Only feedback I have is that the medium rare steaks were served colder than expected, it would have been great if it was served last. Thank you for a great night & for the professionalism of the waitstaff ✨️

The Bluewater is our \"local\" as we only live around the corner and we love it. When it came time to plan our surprise wedding we didnt consider anywhere else! We already knew that the staff and food were going to be outstanding - the upstairs private venue space was perfect for our celebration. I can\'t thank Georgia, Simone and the whole team for making our day fantastic!

We had a break from bluewater as both the service and quality of food had slipped. I am pleased to say they are back to their 5 star best. They flavours in the food we had were phenomenal, the environment in the undercover dining/ deck area is gorgeous and staff always have a smile. Thanks for a great date night!!!!!

Fresh Spanish Macrel, chips and salad $20 on Wednesday nights. Friendly staff, efficient service and good atmosphere, highly recommended. Gents had a humorous twist 😁
