Ordered Red wine Lamb shanks and the only red wine in this meal was possibly in the chef\'s stomach. Meal was just warm. Hubby\'s meal was good. Coffee well, this is something you have to stand around and wait for at counter. Table service is non existent at this RSL club now. Disappointed.

Hubby and I visited the RSL for the fist time last night. Low cost membership to enjoy the discounts. Food was an enjoyable 8/10, atmosphere was buzzing, different areas to dine (quieter space if you require), raffles & pokies. No winnings for us on this occasion but we drowned our sorrows on the dance floor to the live music. The customer service is 12/10. Every staff member we encountered were super helpful, friendly and seemed genuinely happy to work there. They were always smiling. Thank you Robert and Alicia for getting us home safely on the free shuttle bus. Thank you to all the staff including Wendy and Kaylee on reception.

Recent visit with a group of seniors. Lunch for us was basically a plate of spinach leaves with 3 thin slices of some sort of processed chicken meat. Other option was fish n chips it had a much better salad. To placate all the complaints a few bowls of chips was later brought out. Hard to understand when the meals served in the bistro area looked amazing. Guess bulk catering is too hard.

Food is good however appalling customer service, has a great experience the time before but can't say this same this time, daughter hadn't touched her meal so I asked for a takeaway container (the same as last time) only this time around told no? Yet we were given one the time before? Not only did they get our order wrong but then this. Sorry but customer service is EVERYTHING!
