We reserved a table for dinner at the Beachy to celebrate our 39th wedding anniversary - was just expecting a casual evening and watching the sunset.
When we arrived, our table had been prepared with balloons and flowers, much to my wife's surprise and delight.
All the staff we interacted with were really friendly and nice, and the meals were great.
All the food was delicious, especially the garlic bread with cheese and bacon, and the steak special with garlic prawns.
We left the hotel very full and extremely happy with the evening.
The Beachy is in a great location and we will definitely be back (probably several times) for drinks on the deck area to enjoy the sunset during our stay in the area
Thank you to all the bar and kitchen staff for making our anniversary extra memorable.

Great steak which I opted to have veggies with (not often seen up here). The mashed potato was nearly as good as my own!
The best question is would I have it again - yep, sure would! ??'?

*Edit note: it's now been over 2 weeks since this review, I emailed them on this email where they act like they are concerned in the response on here publicly, but they've completely ignored my email. I urge anyone with a medical condition to give this place a wide birth because they don't care about your safety.*

Complete lack of awareness for medical needs and lied to my face about the meal. I asked for no chips because I can get really sick from them and the meal was one of the only meals on the menu I can consume. They had chips on the plate and when I told them I couldn't have them the waitress took it back and came back out moments later with a 'new' dish. It had to be completely redone because the food had been cross contaminated. When I specifically asked the waitress if they had done that and not just taken the chips off the original she lied to my face stating that it was completely new.

It wasn't as seen in the photo there was still a chip under the steak. Disgusting lying to people about this sort of stuff, she's lucky she hasn't killed someone. Gutted I didn't get my steak, but after her lies I cannot trust anything that comes out of your kitchen. Seriously should consider whether or not to continue her employment here, because someone can die from her negligence. Not ok.

I had a great experience at the Beach Front hotel and pub Last Saturday, thanks to Susmita . She was serving us food and also making cocktails at the same time amazing multitasking! 🙌😍 Everything was really delicious, and her warm, smiling face made the experience even better. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. I was very happy with the service and would definitely love to visit again. Highly recommended.
