Michelle and the staff are amazing! Our gender reveal at home was set to be cancelled due to Covid restrictions on gatherings and i emailed Michelle to see if by any chance there was a space we could book so we could still have our gender reveal, with only 5 days notice!! Michelle emailed me back straight away offering their Alfresco space. She answered all of my questions promptly so everything was all ready for our function. On the day, the space was stunning! The staff were all so accommodating. We were able to bring our decorations and they were happy for us to pop our gender reveal balloon (leaving confetti everywhere!). The service and food was fantastic and each one of the staff members were so friendly. I'd like to thank everyone at the beach Hotel for helping our gender reveal still go ahead and for making the entire process so easy at such a stressful time! Michelle saved the day thats for sure! Every one of our guests commented on how beautiful the space was and how delicious the food was. We will definitely be recommending the beach Hotel to anyone that is wanting to book in their next function! Thanks again :)

The food here had gone so downhill. We were disappointed to arive and look over the new menu but decided to give it a try anyway. My food arived very bland and obviously had been prepared earlier and just re heated. My partner ordered a salad for somthing light and refreshing and was shocked when it arived with an over cooked/dry chicken Schnitzel cut up and mixed though. Definitely won't be returning huge waste of money.

Told to use phone service, two meals went through and two wouldn't work, staff had to put two orders through. Drinks arrived and one was wrong. 4 meals 1x chicken schnitzel with pepper gravy- bland no pepper, 1x chicken schnitzel garlic prawn topper- luck to have 3x small prawn tasteless, 1x Rump steak Dianne sauce- bland gravy, 1x rib eye steak creamy garlic sauce- bland tasteless.
Waitress was nice but still not good enough.
Won't be back.

Because we booked it for night time there was already a lot of people so it was fairly busy, we were lagging on a decision over the options we narrowed down to eat on the menu... by the end of it we saw the staff serving others some amazing looking food that smelled even better as they walked past.
I ended up ordering the "300g beef schnitzel" with the "triple pork" topper which wasn't dry and wasn't over cooked, very tasty and every bite was amazing, I definitely have a favourite now for when I go there.
Cant add photos because it would only be of an empty plate.?

Edit: Absolutely a joke, yes it was mother's day, but stuffed up orders, wrongly cooked steak, brisket burger that I can do better blind, chicken burger with more sauce then Heinze. The menu is changed for the worse.

Absolutely amazing food. I hope they keep the kitchen staff they currently have. Well worth the visit and your money.

At dinner (yea still here) for a friend's birthday and went to order drinks from the bar. We were told that we would have table service for drinks and not allowed to order from the bar. After waiting about 20 minutes for our drinks I went to the bar where people were being served and ordering drinks, to be told our drinks were being made next. We had to ask for water for our table, had to ask to order our meals. For a place that is purely doing table service on a Saturday evening your table service is terrible. Let's hope the meals are much better.
