We had a great meal today with a bright and bubbly waitress serving us. I would like to let people know the venue is very wheelchair friendly. Our visiting relative from Thailand loved the pork belly

Really quiet with almost no one else in dining room.
Food too expensive for the quality you get.
Gambling machines are loud, obnoxious, and I don't think they should be right next to where people eat.
Unfortunately had Tianna? serve us. She was very impolite, ignored us, and spent most of her time on her phone not paying attention to customers.
I wouldn't recommend Jack's on Unley to anyone.

Unless you have a booking you don't get treated with respect. Also when we came half the menu wasn't available and customer service was only given to other people when in reality you treat all your customers the same. The lady that served us said there was no chicken snitzel yet had it on the menu she typed up. The food looked like it came out of a box from woolies or Coles as well. Not a place I will come to again.

We went for lunch during the week. The wait staff were friendly and very attentive. The food is OK, not great not rubbish. My husband had the pulled pork burger which he said was good and I had the salt and pepper squid. The squid wasn't prepared properly though as the membrane was still attached so I had to pull each piece apart to eat it. It's a choking hazard and not at all pleasant to eat, if you eat squid you know this. My husband was a chef for over 20 years so this really was something that stood out for us. It wasn't a huge deal but an eating experience that could have been better and a little more graceful for me. When we passed on this feedback (because we were asked what we thought of the food) it was met with what was defensive annoyance from the chef. Honestly, constructive criticism is not a put down especially when asked. I had a giggle at the response as I was leaving wondering why a professional would try and dismiss genuine and pleasantly delivered feedback over taking it on board and hoping the customer will come back.

I went here with a large group and we ordered a variety of meals: schnitzel, risotto, burger, bangers and mash, steak and others. Without exception, everyone loved their meals. Great value, excellent service. I definitely recommend Jack's if you're looking for a decent meal.

We had a lovely dinner celebrating the final edit of our film at Jacks on Saturday night. Big booking was not an issue. The food was exceptional and service wonderful.

Held my 60th/retirement show in Jack's awesome outdoor area. Toni and Bec were amazing with their service and the use of the outdoor huge TV to show photos/videos was a real winner. Recommend highly.

Food was good the staff not very friendly, we came in during the week for dinner.

Very generous schnitzel serves. The service was good and there's loads of parking available since its next to the shopping centre.

Sturt double blues social club ??'?. Excellent food. Superb staff. One thing I found fascinating was the history of "jack's". Apparently the name of an absolute legend. Wish I knew more about THE story. Super glad to see the Club support other amateur clubs from the area. The main lady 'Sue' seemed fabulous. What a great vision for the community. So next time you want a feed or a catch up head out to Jack's on Unley and support the mother club of clubs.

Nice extremely spacious dining room that is comfortableeverytime you walk through or sit down for some amazing food on the awesome menu.
The gaming room the gaming room is huge to any never overly loud but what makes this place is the awesome staff that deliver 1st class service and are so genuine pleasnt you feel like an important guest every time you go.

I have had such a good experience here it has compelled me to post a review! Just popped in for a simple lunch with my two kids, squid was lovely - fresh and tender, excellent crunchy chips and loads of condiments served with both - my kind of place! But most of all, the service I received from Thomas was outstanding. He was warm and friendly, and went over and above with his service. From making chit chat with my little ones, ferrying us over drink options for them to see, and even distributing a lollypop post meal! Great service, very much appreciated.

Been coming here over the last few months for Wednesday schnitty night. Whilst the food is nothing spectacular definitely good value for the price, not to mention the happy hour. In fact, I think this might be one of the only happy hours with $5 pints in Adelaide ... and I hope they keep it this way ;). Will continue coming back 5/5

This is one of those places you discover in your voucher app, and you find it's the best place you never heard of. The pie is "Chunky Pepper and Red Wine" - and it's amazing. It's huge, and packed with super tender and flavoursome beef. Be quick if you want try it, as it seems they change the pie each week. The dessert is Apple & Rhubarb Crumble with Custard and Ice Cream. I think I'm addicted!

Great place, really friendly staff, especially the Canadian dude he's hilarious.

I love this place. Always clean,staff always friendly. Excellent food,cold beverages .Easy car parking.

Very enjoyable and relaxing. The staff were great food was very enjoyable. They didn't rush to get you to leave.
