I recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing hotel, and I can confidently say it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment my husband and I arrived, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality that made all the difference after a series of frustrating travel delays.

Helen at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. She could sense how tired and stressed we were, and without us even mentioning that it was our 10-year wedding anniversary, she went above and beyond to make our stay special. She kindly upgraded us to a luxurious spa suite, which was such a thoughtful and welcome surprise. The suite was stunning - spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the comforts we could ask for. It was the perfect way to unwind after our long journey.

The room service was nothing short of incredible. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It was clear that the chefs take pride in their work, as every dish was a delight. We were especially impressed with the attention to detail, from the perfectly cooked meals to the impeccable presentation.

All in all, this hotel turned a stressful situation into a memorable one. Thanks to Helen's kindness, the beautiful accommodations, and the amazing food, our anniversary turned out to be a truly special occasion. We'll definitely be returning, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and memorable stay.

We just ordered 2 chicken Snitzel's for takeaway and they were honestly the best snitzels I've ever had. Actually incredible. The salad and dressing was amazing too. The girl who greeted and got the dinner was lovely!

We stayed for 8 nights and every morning we woken up either by cleaners or neighbours. In both cases the cupboard doors were slammed or beds were hitting the walls. I am on holiday and would appreciate to be able to wake up at my own time not when someone next door making a bed or screaming because they can't talk normally.
Rooms are dated, clean but I am not sure they were vacuumed daily. In the bathroom vent wasn't working and some lights were taken out. We were also getting different number of teaspoons every day? Sometimes we had 2, sometimes 4 or 3. I am also puzzled why we would get 2 Tim tams or chips if it was 4 of us, but at least it was consistent.
Food in the restaurant was ok but certainly not something to write home about. Seafood platter was overpriced for what it was, lamb was good.
Staff was friendly and service was good except noise in the early mornings.
Location is great with easy parking.

Friendly, helpful staff and good service from phone booking at short notice through to the dining room and the bar afterwards. Excellent food at standard prices and great live music.
One glitch - our main course arrived before we had finished our shared entree and our server did not know what to do.

So many TVs to watch your favourite sport. I can count 6 TVs in my immediate view. We watched a Socceroos match and the ambience was fun. We enjoyed a couple of drinks and snacks of pizza cheese and garlic, well cooked and full of flavour and wedges. I tried the dessert - chocolate lava cake with strawberry ice-cream. Simply awful . Microwaved, no lava, no texture taste or substance. Ice cream was nice. The venue is huge neat and welcoming.
