Friendliest staff and the most delicious food. Icy cold drinks and great family atmosphere. Free arcade games is the icing on the cake.

Eating at Winmalee Tavern is always a great experience. The service is friendly and helpful, allowing for guests to feel at ease, and the atmosphere is very casual. The food is served in moderate portions (sufficient enough for me at least), and is super tasteful.

One of my favourite dishes from the Tav is their Jamaican jerk chicken with coconut rice.
It is marinated with delicious spices, and garnished with greens, making it quite a good choice. I also recommend the Chicken parmi, a classic amongst similar establishments, however Winmalee Tavern does it really well, making it another nice pick.

Overall, Winmalee Tavern is an awesome place to go if you're feeling sluggish and don't want to cook dinner. Rest assured the folks at the Tav will take care of you ?

We had the most amazing time at the Winmalee Tavern today for Mother's Day. Service was fantastic, super friendly staff who made the whole experience great for all the family. Board games for the kids, welcoming environment and the food was super tasty. Will definitely be back!

A great selection of food (including vegetarian options and accommodating some challenging dietary requirements with ease). Fast exceptionally friendly service with a really welcoming atmosphere. Bangers on mash on a cold Saturday night - great comfort food - not at Winmalee Tavern. Lumpy mash and the cheapest Coles sausages were served up. So much for Thick Sausages and Creamy Mash!! Never again.

Really high-quality food. Servings are big and filling. Staff are super friendly. Membership is really cheap so signing up was a no brainer.

We stayed one night in the Blue Mountains and stopped here on a whim (we were supposed to go to the Coles nextdoor to cook dinner ?) and were really pleasantly surprised. Chicken Schnitzel with Pepper Sauce was really nice and customisable sides meant that all our cravings were met! The Fish and Chips were also really well cooked. Really delicious food, very homely and comforting. We were really glad we popped in.

Really fast, friendly service, the burgers are awesome, house made burger patty and the sauce is sooo good. House made everything, you won't find generic food here. Definitely recommend.

Bar staff are very friendly, all 7 in our party were very happy with our meals, and we were offered a free bottle of champagne from the bar for our party of 7.

This place has really gone downhill, this place used to be a pleasant place for families to go. Since the new menu upgrade it has seriously gone downhill, the bar management seems extremely entitled especially a young man with a buz cut, I heard him yelling at the poor understaffed bistro staff. Saw the head chef drinking constantly on the job which is probably why there was a bug in my meal. Requested for a refund which I was refused from once again the bar staff. I feel absolutely horrible for the young men and women who work in the bistro and had to deal from this very public display of abuse against them for 'not doing their job' when from a customers point of view I could Cleary see them being overworked. The young lady who served me and my family was so lovely (22/07/22) she was so apologetic towards my family for the disrespect from the bar management. I don't understand how a once great family pub could turn into this disgrace of a place. The constant yelling from the bar and the constant drinking in the kitchen made my time very unpleasant. When I was trying to use the bathroom it was absolutely disgusting! When I was leaving and went to re-order some drinks I could clearly hear the buz cut boy who barely looks like he just finished highschool once again barking at this poor young girl who had to bring in multiple glasses to the bar area because he was to incapable of doing his job! Whilst there was 4-6 staff at the bar and only 2 people working bistro I think this place really needs to re-evaluate it people and customer service skills (mainly in the bar) will not be recommending this place anymore

The staff was incredibly rude, especially the kitchen staff. Constantly searing at the customers (my friends and I) Calling us vulgar names and using coarse language unprovoked. Repetitively harassing us outside of the tavern inside the coles centre and then repeating the actions inside of the tavern. I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning or recommending to anyone. Overall worst dining experience of my life.

Family friendly venue. Spacious. Great place to watch sports events on a very large screen.

No one to check if QR codes had been used. No one to take our order, they were too busy talking around the back. Friendly when he came, but he told us the roast was pork and when it arrived it was beef. Good size portions. Had the worst cappuccino ever. Tables had not been cleaned. Would not go back.

Nice menu options with something for everyone, including some good vegetarian options. Reasonable prices and good serving sizes. Can't go wrong.

I just want that the staff are always making my experience with my dad a great one. The food is great. Try the burgers very yummy. Thanks to the team for giving my dad a wonderful time. We will be back as we are members now. (:

Staff at bistro were rude, food was terrible. Attempted to order just after 18:30, was told two menu items were unavailable. Food not ready until 19:40, watched many people who ordered after me get their orders first. Ribs were inedible, bbq sauce tasted like it came from a bottle, crinkle cut chips very supermarket-like.

Good for dieters, will turn you of your food!

The only good thing about this place is the bar staff, very friendly.
